Terrible company
If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked with them and a week before our plans changed. Website says you have up to 24 hours before your stay to cancel. I canceled immediately, a week before. I received an email that the cancelation was successful. The day we were suppose to be staying we were charged full amount without warning and they are saying it's not their fault and they can not refund our money. I would recommend making any reservations yourself or finding another company after reading reviews to do so. Horrible experience! If you come across their website I suggest keep scrolling!

Horrible company
I recently booked with this company. When we got to the hotel they did honor the reservation I got no notification from the booking service. After I called the company was told that it was not their problem. Complete waste of time and money.

On August *, 2015, I booked the *** *** * ***, *** ** for a stay overnight, park my vehicle for days Park sleep hotels quoted me a price of I left the required deposit of $with them, leaving me with a $due at check out Microtel charged me $at checkoutWhen I showed them my receipt from *** they insisted that that price was only for night parking, so they were charging me for extra days for parking The receipt CLEARLY stated that my quoted price was for a day parking stayMicrotel overcharged me On October **, I called Park Sleep Hotels Representative confirmed that I should have only been charged price quoted & guaranteed on their siteShe spoke w/Microtel and they reimbursed my credit card $ I immediately called and spoke with Dawn, from Park Sleep Hotels (PSH) & she said she would call Microtel again Next day, Park, Sleep Hotels refunded another $to my credit card - STILL $from overcharge On Oct**, I called PSH for the 4th time & asked about $- she wanted to make sure I continued as their customer in future & offered to reimburse me my entire deposit of $ On Nov*** - still no reimbursement ($overcharge OR $promised deposit reimb) When I call, I am continuously told that they have to speak to the hotel or their accounting deptand will get back to me They have not ever gotten back to me IT's the principal of dishonest companies like this one & the hotel that make agreements and rip consumers off and don't make it right Stay away from Park Sleep Hotels and *** *** * *** in *** **

This is a horrible company I made a reservation then hen I questioned them as to why they never sent my deposit to the hotel they lied and said they did. When said the hotel stated they did not they got upset about it and just cancelled my reservation without my permission and without even telling me they were going to cancel it. Talk about a fraud. They steal your money then when you question they they just cancel your reservation and worst keep your money. Extremely bad practice all around.

Yesterday I booked a hotel through this company for al hotel and park stay in Chicago. 30 minutes after booking it, hotel calls me and says Park Sleep Hotels advertised wrong price and they needed to get a hold of them because their price was $50 more (hotel price). Today I called the hotel to make sure everything was taken care and they said park stay hotels CANCELED my reservation. I call PSH, lady tells me she needs to speak to her manager about the price THEY advertised. I'm traveling and I have NEVER had to deal with this before knowing if I'm going to have a room and a place to keep my car. Other sites I have used if there was a price mistake on their site I would get al call immediately saying THEY are taking care of the mistake and assuring me my stay is ALL taken care. If this company manager cannot make a call or send an email within 24 hrs saying I am taking care of this matter our company is or is not going to eat the price difference then this person doesn't care about their job, I canceled my reservation I could not worry about when the manager would be talked to or see how this was going to be handled. Shame on a lazy manager for no customer service, glad I found out by the hotel right away. So future business for PSH

Review: On May **of 2013, I made a reservation with ParkSleepHotels for a hotel and parking package in November and December of 2013. My plans changed and I needed to cancel this reservation on November **, 2013 (17 days prior to the beginning of the reservation). At this time, I received an email confirmation that the reservation had been cancelled. Since then, I have contacted ParkSleepHotels three times regarding the refund of my deposit. The first two times, I was told that my refund would be forthcoming. The third time that I contacted them, I was ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of my deposit of $20.30.

Review: We booked an online reservation with [redacted] on 6/** at a hotel near BWI in Baltimore, MD. Confirmation number given, itinerary printed out at that time, verifying stated booking for date 7/**. Upon calling the hotel directly the week before check in just to confirm everything, hotel did not have reservation. Call placed to stay park travel, was told "a new person was working and gave you the wrong confirmation number". They called the hotel directly to give "new" confirmation number. I of course called to verify and indeed our reservation was finally correct. We return from our trip and a few days later we receive our bank statement which has a deduction for $98.18 to the same hotel chain we stayed at in Baltimore, but this charge is for Philadelphia, Pa. We called the hotel first thinking an error was made. No errors there as they had no record of this. We then called stay park travel who also say they had no record of this, only "fax" they sent was to Baltimore. We call the Philadelphia chain hotel directly and find out the charge is a "no show" charge as we did not check in on booked date 7/**. We NEVER booked this. Philadelphia also had the booking date as 6/**, the same date we booked for Baltimore and was to,d we were "given the wrong confirmation number." We believe stay park travel sent the original confirmation to Philadelphia in error and when we called to verify, they realized their mistake and quickly attempted to cover it up and never cancelled their mistaken booking in Philadelphia. We had called multiple times to stay park travel, customer service very rude, denying any wrong doing on their part and suggesting we dispute the charge with our bank? This is THEIR error and all we really want is our $98.18 returned to us. We realize our $10.35 deposit is long gone.... We have also left messages on stay park travel's customer service hotline with no reply, as well as "chatting" with their customer service online, who also was no help and again told us to dispute the charge with our bank. Sorry, but our bank has nothing to do with this, they made an error and we were charged for that error. The other issue is that stay park travel was the only company that had our bank card info as it wad used for the initial deposit. The hotel was NEVER given that info as we used our credit card at that time. This is key as the "no show" charge in Philadelphia was on our bank card which they would have only gotten through stay park travel. We just want them to admit their mistake and correct it by refunding our money, $98.18.Desired Settlement: Stay park travel admitting their mistake and correcting it by refunding our money, $98.18 that was charged to a hotel we did not intend to stay at nor did we stay at, but was charged as stated above.

Review: I had reservations for 11/**/2014 and had to cancel them. I phoned to cancel on 5/**/2014 and was told the reservation would be cancelled and my credit card would be refunded within 5 business days. It as not refunded. I contacted them again on 6/*/2014, 6/**/2014, 7/*/2014 left message on 7/*/2014 and sent an email. I was told everytime it would be cancelled and refunded.Desired Settlement: I want my original deposit of $22.80 refunded back to my credit card

Review: I cancelled a reservation on 10/**/13. On Nov **, 2013 I spoke with [redacted]. I was told a credit would be issued in 24/48 hours. Again I called 1/**/2014 and spoke with [redacted] and was once again told it would be handled. I contacted her again yesterday 3/**/14 and she is saying my credit card company won't allow a credit to occur. I am requesting a check be sent for $23.80, but she states they are unable and want to send me voucher good for one year.Desired Settlement: I don't want a voucher, I would never use this company again. I want my refund.

On August *, 2015, I booked the [redacted] for a stay overnight, park my vehicle for 9 days. Park sleep hotels quoted me a price of 145.57. I left the required deposit of $26.19 with them, leaving me with a $119.38 due at check out. Microtel charged me $137.21 at checkout. When I showed them my receipt from [redacted] they insisted that that price was only for 7 night parking, so they were charging me for 2 extra days for parking. The receipt CLEARLY stated that my quoted price was for a 9 day parking stay. Microtel overcharged me 17.83. On October **, I called Park Sleep Hotels. Representative confirmed that I should have only been charged price quoted & guaranteed on their site. She spoke w/Microtel and they reimbursed my credit card $10.00. I immediately called and spoke with Dawn, from Park Sleep Hotels (PSH) & she said she would call Microtel again. Next day, Park, Sleep Hotels refunded another $4.99 to my credit card - STILL $2.84 from overcharge. On Oct. **, I called PSH for the 4th time & asked about $2.84 - she wanted to make sure I continued as their customer in future & offered to reimburse me my entire deposit of $26.19. On Nov. [redacted] - still no reimbursement ($2.84 overcharge OR $26.19 promised deposit reimb) When I call, I am continuously told that they have to speak to the hotel or their accounting dept. and will get back to me. They have not ever gotten back to me. IT's the principal of dishonest companies like this one & the hotel that make agreements and rip consumers off and don't make it right. Stay away from Park Sleep Hotels and [redacted] in [redacted].
