Parker's Concessions

He agreed to pay a $350 vendor fee to[redacted] (501c3). He set up for a whole day at the venue and cancelled the check the next day.Parker's Ice arrived at the venue and was unhappy with where he was asked to set up. He asked for his money back, which was freely given to him. However, he did not leave, but preceded to set up and sell his ice, without returning his check. He finally did return the check. He continued to sell his product for the whole day in our venue, during our event. The next day, he informed us he was cancelling his check, because he was unhappy with how much money he made. This was for a charity and he received access to thousands of people at the only entrance and exit to the place. He was also very disrespectful to me during the event and arguing about where he wanted to stand. Desired SettlementAll I ask is for his vendor fee, which he agreed to prior to the event. This fee was the same for all vendors present and money was promised to Make-A-Wish. Business Response Good morning. In response to Mrs.[redacted] claim, she was very rude and disrespectful in her approach towards me. I understand that she was very busy at the time, but was trying to rush me and not try to listen to my complaint about the set up. I feel paying $350 for an event, the sponsor should want all vendors to have a successful day rather than just take my money and act like I did not exist. After speaking to a few people including my wife, since I did sign the paperwork for the event, I will honor the payment in the amount of $350.
