I've dealt with Parks & sons for over 15 years and have absolutely no complaints! They are a great trash pick-up service. The young men who do the picking up are friendly and courteous!

I have had parks and sons collection for 14years now and they have always given us excellent customer service. Their workers go above and beyond to meet our needs! Thank you for years of continued great service and keeping our prices low with very minimal rate increase from year to year.

We hired this company in February after the death of my sister so that we could clean out the house and dispose of the trash. Nine months later I noticed a $50 charge on my card and when I called I was told that it was for a landfill fee which they said we still owed. The person I spoke to said they were backed up in their accounting department and this fee had just come up on a report. Never were we contacted that a fee was owed despite their rep asking if my husband’s cell phone number was still a good number that they could contact us at, which it is. They could have called, but they didn’t. Any company that waits 9 months to charge a supposed fee because their accounting department is backed up is poorly run and I would suggest an audit would be in order. I’m contacting several agencies to inform them of their questionable tactics. This company is shady, at best.

I just got my annual trash hauling bill from Parks & Sons. I was shocked! They have raised the price more than 30% in a single year! It is outrageous to hike fees that much. Don't they realize there are thousands of folks living off of Social Security for whom no cost of living increase was available this year. I'm going to seek out the powers that be in Sun City and see if we can't find a new contractor...this is totally unacceptable.

Review: I pay for trash pick up two times a week. I only require trash pick up about once a month. I am only one person. I don't mind paying for twice a week in case I should need it. However, The one time a month that my trash actually needs to be picked up, they leave it on the curb and I have to call them to get them to pick it up. In short, when they don't pick up my trash even once a month, then they are billing me for a service that I am not receiving. I always have the trash out on the curb BEFORE they pick up the trash that day. It is in line with all my neighbors. The only way they could miss my can is to deliberately drive around it.They try to tell me that my can is "not out on the cur","is not out on time", "is to full" (I can lift it myself), or no response at all. This has gone on for 2 years without resolution. They have repeatedly sent their supervisor out, supposedly, which has done nothing to improve the situation. I sent the business a letter today. I have made an untold number of calls over the past 2 years. One month,March, I had to call them 4 times. There is nothing in there that should not be. Please help!Desired Settlement: Trash pick up without having to call them back to pick up what they did not collect.
