Review: Failure to do even minimal plowing has created severe difficulties for many renting at Parkview Apartments, Naugatuck. Management apparently waits for snow to melt instead of sending qualified plowing company to clear lots so residents can safely park. I shovel repeatedly as well as salt the parking area myself after the lots have been supposedly "plowed." Complaints have resulted in absolutely no progress, as the management blames the residents for the faulty plowing job.Desired Settlement: A proper plan for the residents to move in an orderly fashion out of areas so that a competent plow job shall be done should immediately be initiated from management. Plow service must not be young man with small, weak plow who obviously does not have any training or competence in plowing heavy snow as today's "clearing" illustrated to me. Bt contract, residents should have a place to park, which is NOT the case with foot-deep snow.
