Horrible customer serviceParkway Corporation lot attendant at Kimmel Ctrdid not clearly explain the "pay in advance" ruleBased on the sign, I thought you just had to make sure you pay at the kiosk before going back to your car (like every other lot I've used in Phila) but their sign is unclear and it certainly did NOT state that I would be charged an extra $if I don't pay before entering the building No one at their customer service would even consider giving me a break for this honest mistake (due mostly to their lack of posting the rules and fines clearly) Christopher F*, the manager for the lot refused to consider my above concern

Please be advised that **. [redacted] will receive a full refund of the overpayment. I exchanged e-mails with **. [redacted] this morning and he has been advised that the red stickers on the machine that state "exact change only" and "machine does not issue change" are in fact true...

statements. **. [redacted] has also been made aware that in the future if he finds himself without exact change, he can pay by debit card or credit card.

Review: I parked at the Church [redacted] location on Parkway Parking in [redacted], TN. I put a 20$ bill in the machine to pay for my 5$ evening parking. The machine said that it didn't issue change so I assumed it would either not except my 20$ or give me some other recourse to get my change back. It ended up taking my 20$ and issued me a receipt. When I called the local manager later they told me that they would not honor the 15$ owed to me and in soo many words told me " Too bad you should have read the sign that said exact change only." The manager at this location also admitted that many people call in to that number for the exact same problem and that he tells them all the same thing. This practice of not issuing change is an absolute racket. It is absolute theft, no way around it. If you cannot provide change or a means to obtain it later then you should not accept that denomination of currency at your machines! This isn't the largest sum of money in the world but I have contacted a relative of mine that is an attorney and have discovered that if this 15$ is not reimbursed, then this is theft and I will most assuredly pursue it as such if my demand for change on my 20 dollar bill is not given to me.Desired Settlement: 15$ refund, I have the receipt proving my overpayment

Review: The signage at Parkway's parking lot at 24th and [redacted] indicates that the weekday night rate (in after 6pm and out before 6am) is $5.00. I parked my vehicle at the lot at 8:30pm on Wednesday May 8th and removed my vehicle from the lot at 5:30am on Thursday May 9th. I was therefore entitled to the $5.00 rate. However the lot was unmanned when I exited the lot and the machine charged me $18.00. I have photographs of the parking lot's signage and will email them upon request.

Later on Thursday May 9th I went to the parking lot in person spoke to the attendant. (The lot was unmanned at the time of the overcharge). I left my information with the attendant and was given the business card of the lot manager, who I was told would help me obtain a refund for the amount I was overcharged. Over the next three business days I left four voicemails with [redacted], CPFM, the lot manager. [redacted] has failed to return any of my phone calls. I have sent one email to [redacted] and one to Parkway's general customer service email address. Both bounced back. I spoke to another employee of Parkway on May 10th and he said only [redacted] could help me obtain a refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund, plus apology, plus future complimentary parking to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the overcharge and extreme difficulty recovering the overcharged funds.
