Parkwood Properties, L.L.C.

This company runs mobile home parks, including the property where my mobile home is currently located at Redlands Ranch in Redlands, CA. I recently purchased my mobile home, and was denied the ability to move my family into the park (my application was denied). The park indicated that because my application had been denied that I needed to move my mobile home out of the facility. HOWEVER, as I made arrangements to move my property, this company physically denied me access to move my own trailer. When asked why, they indicated that I must NOT move the trailer, but instead MUST sell them my recently purchased home. This is extortion!!! I have since had to file a civil claim with the courts, and my family is without a home. This company practices unfair and unethical business practices!!!!!
