they come off real nice and helpful...Until they have your money. They are also very dishonest! They are very unprofessional and will harass you with very vulgar emails and texts once you post a bad review. They will also put your personal information on craigslist and say your a liar and lowlife with your full name phone number and address so don't trust them with your personal information! We noticed on our first night in the home that the air was on and set at 72 but it was not cooling the house. My family couldn't even sleep it was so hot in there. We contacted them the next morning to tell them something was wrong with the air and their only reply was, well Its set at 72. We told them its on but something was wrong, they said again...I set it at 72. then was rude enough to say he hoped we didn't bugger it up. It was over a hundred that day and the house kept getting hotter...we tried calling them and they would not pick up, we left messages and they stopped texting us. it got so hot we took our kids for a drive to get them in a/c to cool down. We then went back to the house and tried to get ahold of them. My 2 year olds face was red and he was sweating! We left them another message letting them know about our son and how hot it was getting and they finally responded saying they were hosting a party and that they would send someone tomorrow!!! They knew the conditions and expected us to stay there the rest of the day and over night! We begged them to take care of it and they could care less. instead of enjoying our vacation we had to deal with this. There was a contractor working across the street, we were so desperate we asked him to come over and take a look at the thermostat, him and the neighbor were outraged that they had a family with kids in those conditions! we had no choice but to pack up all our stuff and take our kids and two dogs to a hotel that we had to pay for! We told them we would have to go to a hotel and she could care less. The next day we met the person that claimed to be the husband of the person we were talking to and he gave us a false name...when come to find out he was actually the person that we had been talking and dealing with the whole time, he was leading us to believe since we first spoke to him about renting that he was a she!!! at the house he agreed to give us back our money, and after everything we went through they only gave us back our money on the rest of the nights we had booked! They charged us full price for the 24 houses we spent in a hot house calling and texting them and charged us a full cleaning fee for a house we used one night and left in excellent condition! they never apologized at all and were so rude to our family. How can you charge full price for that! Not to mention the hotel expense we paid. Then we spent the day in a hotel waiting to book and check into another vacation home. They posted on their ad on craigslist that we broke the thermostat which is a lie, and that we didn't contact them till 6 at night but we have proof of calling and texting them on our first morning at the house to tell them that the air had not been working all night!

In regards to your recent review, you are truly uneducated in any form of travel experience!

You stayed in one of the nicest areas of Scottsdale, somewhere you could never afford to purchase. You also only paid $268/night (not $400) when the Weston three blocks away was charging $800/night and sold out for your dates for a 600 foot room.

I know you could never afford that much so a vacation home is a great alternative for a extremely limited budget. You get three times the space, a private pool, pool table, hot tub, two car garage and a fully equipped kitchen.

The trash is the guests responsibility on garbage day, the hot water is fine, we can't control the neighbors dog (can you where you live), you were too lazy to mop the floors with the mop provided or too cheap for the the daily maid service and the hot tub is service weekly.

We provide many accessory items are target wealthy clientele take advantage of. We can not help if you simply can not afford daily maid service, a patio umbrella, private chef, bicycles, golf clubs, fire wood, patio flicker flame heaters...

I have put you on a do not rent list with every major agency and you will be surprised what happens the next time you go to rent a nice property in Scottsdale. We are also starting a nationwide website that will black ball you worldwide.

Most of our clients are extremely successful, much classier and very happy people. If you not happy due to having a miserable useless life, make a change!

All the best with a terrible life...truly fell bad for your situation. I spent $90,000 last year on travel and entertainment and truly have an understanding of what is expected and delivered. You have never been out of North America.

I sure you wish you could afford something more expensive. I'm so sorry you have such a limited budget (1/3 what a hotel with no bicycles and umbrellas have)

I hate cheap people like you whom blame their failures on the rest of the world. I travel the world every year and would love to stay in one of our homes. But I'm rich and know the difference.
