Review: I purchased some merchandise (toilet seat, tea kettle, mattress cover) in this store on March [redacted] using my [redacted] which is attached to my checking account. The merchant collected payment out of my account the very next day in the amount of $95.77. The toilet seat was installed on March [redacted] and broke the very next morning. That same afternoon On March [redacted] I returned to the store to return the toilet seat which cost $49.99 I was told that their credit card machine & phone lines were down and the technician would be fixing it within a couple of days. I returned once again on the [redacted] only to be told the machine was still down but the technician was presently working on it and I should try back in a couple of days but I should call first. At this time [redacted], [redacted] ###-###-#### told me I could leave the items in the store. I left all 3 items in the store and I called again on March [redacted], March [redacted], March [redacted] March ** and March [redacted] only to be told the machine is still down. Since I purchased the items with my [redacted] Debit Care the store cannot credit my card back because the machine remains broken I asked [redacted] what service they have he stated "[redacted]" I find that hard to believe that their service would not be functioning this long. I told him that they removed the funds from my account the very next day and since they are only accepting cash transactions they should refund me cash since to date, their machine has not or cannot be repaired. [redacted] said they have to credit it back to me the same way I purchased but that hasn't happened due to their machine being broken all this time. On 3/[redacted], told me to speak to [redacted] the [redacted] at ###-###-#### I called they said he won't be available for 15 minutes I called back the call went to voicemail. .Desired Settlement: I want my refund in the amount of $92.51 to be processed and if the merchant is unable to credit my card back after more than 2 weeks the merchant should give me cash since the funds were removed from my checking account the very next day. I have been terribly inconvenience and not treated like a valued customer and I'm tired of the back and forth. The merchant is penalizing customers for their failure to have a system which would allow their credit card machine to function properly to operate the business efficiently
