Review: I purchased a $50.00 jigsaw puzzle for my wife for Mothers Day. She did not want it because the pieces were too small to handle.I requested a return authorization and after waiting one week I finally received an email stating that puzzles could not be returned if the box was opened.I could find nothing indicating this in the website copy.I have never made this type of complaint, but I think the public should be made aware of this type policy from a "respected" newspaper company.Desired Settlement: The public and the NYTimes management should be made aware of this.Naturally, I would like my $50.00 plus tax
