Part Simple

Ordered a control board for my neighbors GE gas oven since their broiler button was not working and the oven button was on the brink of going south for the winter. The control board arrived within 3 days. Partsimple sent me an email with the tracking number which was good to have (UPS Ground). The part was half the cost of a new one and I was a bit skeptical but I installed the part and all buttons worked and everything was back to normal. Whats interesting is that Lowes and Home Depot advised them to buy a new oven. Really! Thanks Partsimple and thanks Youtube.

I made an order for a part, I was not notified that the part was not in stock before I placed the order or I would not have placed itThe money was already taken out of my bank account so I emailed them saying I was not told that they did not actually have the part and wanted to be refundedThey said that it is a special order and special orders usually take awhile and they do not offer refundsI decided to wait because it wasn't expected to be shipped till May ***The expected shipping date has now been removed and I think it's safe to say I've been scammed by this companyThey literally just took my money and I have nothing to show for it

Review: I've been given 4 different shipped-by dates over the past month and they've all come and gone with nothing happening. I wouldn't know any of this except by emailing PartSimple myself. Charged a month ago for the parts and no end in sight to the runaround.Desired Settlement: I'd like the parts delivered or my money back quickly so I can begin the process of ordering/receiving the parts soon.
