Review: aro tund june of last year I called n
my insurance to file a claim for roof damangethats when they never sent out a adjuster and I more or lees fogot about it I thout they where taking care of it. this year I received more damange so I field another claim and low and behold I had to call numurus times and finaly thay sent someone out to look at it they denied my claim because my roof showd signs of damage from years before (if they would of sent someone out the first time I wouldent have to file this complaint the first damange was on or around nov. 12 2013

Review: Roof was hail damaged on October 28,2014. My house is insured through this company. My agent filed a claim for hail damage. Insurance adjuster came over to my house, went up on my roof without my presence, and then denied my claim that the house was hail damaged.The adjuster did not make any attempt to call or contact me as to when he was planning to inspect the roof, he just showed up unannounced. All other houses in my neighborhood were hail damaged and roofs were replaced by their insurance companies including a house insured by this company. When I asked for a reinspect of the roof with my contractor present, I was denied. The claims adjuster was rude and short over the phone as if I had done something wrong.Desired Settlement: I would like a reinspect of my roof with my contractor present. I would further request that the same insurance adjuster not be used.
