Review: I ordered a laptop power cord from this company in late 2012. After a few months of normal use, it stopped functioning. When I contacted PartsHardware, they told me to mail it back to them for a refund, exchange, or repair. I did so. It has now been 4 months and I have not heard back from them. All of their contact information is false - the company's phone number and e-mail addresses do not work.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement for the original faulty product.
