"Excuse me we don't issue refund and yes we will revised the invitation that's why you get a proof but if you keep sending millions of crazy emails that is going to delay our process" "You took so many hours to review the proof and now you come demanding??? Our service come with hrs turnaround time and you did received your order not even hr after you placed your order so relax!!!" These are the emails I received from their customer serviceI emailed them multiple times, yes, but no one needs to be so rude! Rudest customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I emailed the company to ask that the jpeg file that I ordered and paid for be emailed directly to me because the instant download did not work at checkout. The customer service rep was rude and condescending. I also published a review on the product that they refused to publish and magically a new positive review was posted shortly after that with the same poor grammar as the person that I was emailing with at the company. The reviews posted on their site are obviously fake. Would not recommend buying from this site EVER.

I ordered an iron on transfer that I thought was an actual physical item. It was not. It was a digital image. When I asked for a refund I was denied and told to read the item description all the way at the bottom of the page in a drop down menu. The item description said iron on transfer not, printable or digital or download image. The website asked for and listed my shipping address, and boasted of "free shipping" It was, I believe, intentionally misleading.

I'm a Party Planner and I just fell in love with this great company, I will come back for all my party client's needs

Great custom service, my invitations were done within 24 hrs and it was way above my expectations all my guest ask me where I go them, I know for sure they will visit this amazing online store.

I have had the same negative experience with their customer service. They had a listing for a label for Bath and Body Work anti bac gel and after I ordered it and went to BBW, they told me that they have not carried that size bottle in a few years. I asked for a refund, or if they can just put it on the correct size label to fit the current bottles, and they harassed me and told me I was trying to get a freebie. They even told me that anyone who complains is just trying to get a freebie. How would 2 of the same product just in the size the store actually carries benefit me even? They were cruel and insulting from the start. They may produce quality products but if you have any issue with them they refuse to help and are the rudest I have ever experienced. I am appalled at the emails I received from them. It was actually to the point of harassment. With so many other companies out there, do not use this one- pick another one who may treat you better and actually understand customer service!

I love all the instant download products because those are available to download right away. HIGH quality designs. New products everyday. I enjoy looking at all the themes they add on a daily basis. I have purchase my invitation and party printables for all my children. I have recommend this company to my family, friends and co-workers. I love this company.

Review: Website posted a fake review on my behalf - I gave a product 1 star, they removed that review and posted a 5 star review with a phony comment. I asked them to remove it - they deleted my entire accountDesired Settlement: I would like them to remove the fake review.
