To whom this may concern.Our customer for account number [redacted] rented a canopy for the date ofOctober 29thThe customer came in to our office a couple of times beforeplacing her order, the reason why is that she couldn't get the measurementsof her yard/ patio correctI kept insisting to the customer that she had to havemeasurements correctly because if she didn't it would be a problem upon settingup the canopy if there wasn't enough spaceThe customer eventually placed herorder, including a 10ft by 20ft size canopy with a dance floor in itJust for yourinformation the x canopy will only hold at the most people in it so I don't knowhow she planned on in itWhen our drivers came in to install the x 20ft canopythe location were it would be set up was extremely small, the customer has palm treesall around her yard and was expecting our guys to go around or on top of them be ableto fit the x 20ft canopyWe tried explaining to the customer that it would be impossibleto set up the canopy because of all the palm trees and not enough space, aside from thetime the guys took at her house to even try to move around the trees we offered to still tryand make her happy and give her a smaller size, she agreed but wanted half of her money backWe told her that we did our job, we came in when told and with the correct size of canopytold to bring, but her problem was her space and backyard, her order in total took about thetime of deliveries would, our guys had to come back to the warehouse to pick up differentparts and pieces for the canopy which she was never charged extra for the time and laborwasted, then go back to her house and load and unload what was there and what came.Once the canopy and dance floor were completely set up the customer was happy & pleasedwith the whole set up so this letter has come as a surprise to us Best Regards, Manager, [redacted] ***

Review: I went into the store a few times with my measurements for a tent to be put in my yard for a halloween party. I was expecting 200 people and needed the tent. The reason I went into the store a few times is because in order for them to take your order, you have to pay in full. I gave them all of my information and they said it would be fine. The guys came out to install with NO Notice(They were suppose to call with notice, cause I had to be there and ran home) and scratched their heads for an hour. And then said not possible. They had my money and said they might be too busy to come back.. and you have to go through the guys to this gal on the phone/in person in store who calls the owner. The owner is called all the time and the people just jab you after she tells them to on the phone. The guys tried to work with me that were installing the tents, but the owner just barks orders at the gal in the store via the phone. So, they had my money and no tent. They finally came back with a tent half of the side, but still charged me for the larger tent. I live 2 miles from their business and offered to help. I got another tent to match up with the one the gave me because what they gave me was not at all what I wanted. I would have never ordered the tenet if this was going to be the solution. I asked for a credit for the difference and they said no credit and they were going to charge me another delivery charge. They falsely represented the product and was a waste of money and time. I found another tent to match up and ended up with something much larger. They were unwilling to help find a solution, but were happy to take $441.73. I would like at least half of the money back since I only received half of the product I ordered and was treated like I should be grateful that I even got what I got. Crazy. I grew up in a small business and the service and professionalism was very RUDE by the owner and a rip off.Desired Settlement: $220.87
