[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I know the individual who rented the property after I vacatedI have entered the unit and taken pictures of the screen door that still has a hole around the handleThe current renter is also waiting on a payment from P [redacted] for replacing toilet seats that the company supposedly replaced and charged me forI have a move in checklist which I noted a several runs in the dining room carpet that they charged me for at the time I vacatedThe dome on the light they showed was Off because when it was on the light won’t workThe current tenant is having the same issueThe garage that they said they painted was not painted when we lived thereThey charged me for painting the entire unit and again to paint the garage that is built into the house therefore it is part of the complete unitI do plan on filing with the local magistrate in this matter Regards, [redacted]

I've rented most my life and this is by far the worst landlord I've ever encounteredIt took over months to get the inside air conditioning unit fixed as it was leaking really bad into the living roomSince the leak has been repaired our electricity bill has skyrocketed because it's not working properlyPhone calls and complaints aren't even worth a return phone call to themThe worthless dishwasher has been repaired twice since we've been here and still currently leaks on the floorI mean wouldn't it be cheaper to replace it than to pay a repair man for MULTIPLE visits??? The place is just trashyWe should have never even considered moving hereAll the other reviews and information including YouTube videos about Pasch enterprises is trueThey will drag their feet fixing or repairing something but they will send you threatening letter about parking in what they think is the wrong place, trash can being out of place (who puts their large WM can inside anyway?), or toys left out on your own porchSnow removal which is included according to the lease is virtually non existentTwo days later after all the tenants have done what they needed to get their vehicles out doesn't countI really think the owner/manager is an it and stupidA person who's selfish and filled with greed who's out to rob peopleEnough of my rant hereI will find every possible location to post a review and complain to the Revdex.comStay away from Pasch enterprises if you want a good landlord who takes good care of his/her tenants!

repairs weredone by our Maintenance Man. We also did a full clean on the property which is not re?ectedon the summary, see invoice attached.Included in this letter are also copies of the ?rst page of his lease stating when he moved in and the page he initialed in regards to his security deposit and also repairs of the unit.Understand, [redacted] had the option of filing against Stone Run Farms LP if he did not agreewith the charges.Stone Run Farms LP, only did repairs and cleaning that would be required to rent the unitagain. I am rejecting this response because:I know the individual who rented the property after I vacated. Since the leak has been repaired our electricity bill has skyrocketed because it's not working properly. Phone calls and complaints aren't even worth a return phone call to them. The worthless dishwasher has been repaired twice since we've been here and still currently leaks on the floor. I mean wouldn't it be cheaper to replace it than to pay a repair man for MULTIPLE visits??? The place is just trashy.... We should have never even considered moving here. All the other reviews and information including YouTube videos about Pasch enterprises is true.
