Review: I purchase a lien writing software from [redacted] with Golden Omega back on November 4, 2013. He quoted me at the price of $450. He told me to fax him a check and then he will email me the download for the software. The check went through electronically and cleared my bank account on 11/4/13 in the amount of $450 as agreed and the software was emailed to me. A couple days later on 11/7/13 the actual check cleared my bank for another $450. I call Golden Omega that same day and spoke to the owner [redacted] he said I need to speak to a lady named [redacted] who handles the accounts. I never received a call back. I called and spoke to Frank at least 10 times between November 2013 and March 2014 I was either told the check for the credit will be mailed or someone will call me back and neither happened. I got our owner involved, Spencer Apple, and he was given the same runaround as well. Finally in April of 2014 I was able to get through to [redacted] who said she never received any of our messages and that we actually owe them money from a contract dating back to 2010...I have no idea what she is talking about and ask her to email me the contract and paperwork backing up her claim. She read me my email address back to me and told me she would email it right away....a month later I still have no email from [redacted] so I call her again. She said he has been so busy and unable to provide me the information but will get to it that day. It has been a week and still nothing.Desired Settlement: It is clear that she is giving me the runaround to avoid paying me the overpayment due back to me. I really need some intervention and would appreciate any help you can give me in clearing up this matter. It has been 7 months of numerous phone calls with these people and I am no closer to solving this. Thank you!!!
