Review: I bought a pre-owned 2012 Cadillac CTS from this dealer on 4/30/15. When I took delivery one of the remote fobs was physically damaged causing two of the functions to be inoperative. This was recognized by the dealer sales associate, J[redacted], and as a result it was added to the Due Bill. The associate said the dealership would get one and mail it to me. On or about a week later I got a phone message from B[redacted] in the Parts Dept advising me the remote fob was in. I then called John Fast to advise him of the call I received. I had to leave a voice mail. Approximatley another week passed and no fob and no call. I then attempted to call the other sales associate, S[redacted] and once again had to leave a voice mail. About two weeks have since passed and still no fob and no contact.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to have the remote key fob that I was promised on the due bill.
