This place is horrible! Salesmen were very rude and dishonest! I would never give my business to them! I wanted to purchase a Polaris and trade mine inFirst - THEY DO NOT TAKE TRADE INS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY! I went on a Saturday with my Polaris, the salesmen gave me my trade in value and asked me to come back during the week to process the trade inI took a day off of work, loaded my Polaris AGAIN and headed up! The salesmen then called me and told me that he would NO LONGER GIVE ME WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY SAID THEY WOULD!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

I bought a rzr in may of ,on my first ride I noticed it did not have a hundred and horsepower like the salesmen said and it has a loud noise coming from the front differential I returned the machine to the dealer and they said tuff turkey buddy we are not gonna fix it and polaris said tthy won't fix it so I had no choice but to suck it up and move on with so kept driving the machine and after the break in period was up I began to drive it harder only to the smell belt burning will driving on flat ground in 2wd so I return it to the dealer for inspection weeks later they called and said you rzr is all tuned and ready for you to pick up up , I didn't even ask for them to tune up the machine so I was forced pay for services I didn't ask for and didnt even do what was supposed to be done .so pay just so I can have my machine back so here I am with a dollar machine that burns belts and sound horrible I keep riding the machine for a monminor twoand return it with worse noise coming from the drive train they said the belt was fried and I have to replace so I pay for a new belt even though the belt should have been warranty replacement .they replace the belt and return the machine to me I broke in the new belt nice and slow for miles then drove it a little faster and pow the front drive clutch breaks and pieces of metal ruined the rear driven clutch I did everything in my power to get some fair treatment and take the right steps with my rzr .I begged I cried I screamed at polaris and the dealership and was left with a blown up set of clutches and bill the machine broke and sat at the dealership for weeks then they said they woulnt fix it cause it was weeks out of warranty

Review: My Ranger was sent in for repair and was returned with a damaged windshield,would not go in to reverse,bad starter (they were supposed to fix it)missing seat cover,overcharged for the reupholstered seat.I was quoted $125.00 and was charged $183.00.I was told that they had a windshield at the shop they would replace it with and they would check to see what happened to the seat cover never heard back from them...I had to send it back again to have the starter fixed and it was leaking fuel.After 3 weeks I called to find out the status and they said they would call me back right away.After a week of waiting for the call I sent a complaint via their customer service survey website.I was contacted the next day that the Ranger was done and they were going to bring it back (after a month of sitting there)and that the bill was $950.00..I was shocked.They told me they went ahead and replaced the battery (it was not very old)and were only going to charge me 4 hours labor- that they spent more time than that but they had to trouble shoot (I had already told them what needed to be done no need to trouble shoot)They said they were "working with me" and "giving me a break".Desired Settlement: They need to get me a replacement windshield,bench seat cover,credit the labor for the battery as I never ordered it and was never given a good faith estimate and the starter is still making a clicking sound like it did prior to the repair.They also need to give me a new fuel gauge cap that Manny said he would give me for all of the trouble and never followed through.The reason for the gap in time is that I was in the process of moving to Paso Robles and was out of town until this past month.

I did everything in my power to get some fair treatment and take the right steps with my rzr 4 900 .I begged I cried I screamed at polaris and the dealership and was left with a blown up set of clutches and 1350 bill . the machine broke and sat at the dealership for 2 weeks then they said they woulnt fix it cause it was 2 weeks out of warranty.
