Review: On August 4, we brought a piece of our own furniture to Pasquale to have it refinished. Later that week, I spoke to Peter who told me the job would take 3 weeks or so, and asked me to send a deposit of $200 to get started. We sent the check.

I have called numerous times since then to get an estimate of when the piece will be done, how much the final charges are, etc. and not a single one of my calls has been returned. It is now September 21. Every time I call, I only get the answering machine. I have no idea whether this company is still in business, whether they have started my job, etc.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from them, have the piece completed and delivered, and make final payment and move on.
