Review: First we ordered a living room set ... When I first went in the store I told the sales guy of my concern of the funk tire not fitting and sales guy told us that they will take care of the set up and delivery ... He told me not to worry that they will do that's for us ... Well recently they couches were delivered late ... I went many times to complain about it ... The couches eventually were delivered missing a piece and also they didn't fit through the door and they sales guy said to me it was gonna be taken care of ... Well the guys left with my furniture and didn't get it in the house as promised ... I went to the store and they even cursed us out ...we were treated like if we were animals ... This is the worst experience ever ... Please help either get my money back to have the couches set up and delivered as promisedDesired Settlement: Refund or delivered and set up ... The sales person said that if it involves taking it apart and putting it back together they would do that with no extra cost and now that's not being honored

Review: This store has a layaway system that is fraudulent, when you pay, they write the amount they received in a copy of the contract, keeping the original receipt only with the down payment, so if the customer want to go to the court to get their money returned they show the original paper showing customer first payment only. They hide the copies with others payments. So if customer pay cash lost all the money, except the down payment. This happened to me. I gave them $10.00 down, and $560.00 to buy a sofa and they keep my money. This is a FRAUD.

Never buy furniture from this store. Always gives you defective items. Never take care of your problems. Every time you call for your issues that will answer phone with different names. I would not suggest anyone to buy from these cheaters.

Review: I ordered my livingroom set,dining room set and it is defective...Today is 7/21/2013 and they still havent done anything to correct the problem..I call everyday, show up every weekend and they tell me they are working on it! I told them at this point I want my money back...Please help me!! They refuse to help me.. I am left with damaged furniture and $1,100 broke!Desired Settlement: Give me my money back!

Review: I purchased a sectional including sofa, chaise and ottoman, dinning set (36x36 square counter height cherry wood table and 4 chairs) . Order date January, 6, 2014. Total of the purchase $1,300 including delivery to the home. Delivery would take place in about three days. A week passed and no call, I called the store and the seller was vague about order saying some items were not received yet. I waited another week and when I didn't receive a call I visited the store. I was told that one item was not received and that if I wanted they would deliver everything but the chaise which they were still waiting for. Delivery was scheduled for January 18, 2014.. Sofa and ottoman were in accordance with what I order. I noticed the dinning table was bigger than what I had ordered. I measured it and it was a 42x42. Delivery employee would not take the table back because he couldn't do anything about the situation. I called the store and they said they would call me back. I didn't receive a call so I had to go to store where the manager spoke to me and said that the table was ordered three times and the three times he did not get the 36x36 table. He reassured me that he would take care of the situation. During that visit to the store we scheduled the delivery of the chaise and pick up of the table which I asked the manager to please take back to store because it doesn't fit in my kitchen and obstructs from opening the pantry. He kindly offered to have it picked up. Upon the delivery of the chaise which was delivered on February 6, 2014 at 11:00pm the delivery employees didn't have the tools to put on the legs of chaise and said I had to wait another day. The next day legs where installed but table was not taken back to the store. I have been extremely patient during this situation but I need a third party to step in and take action. I am tired of visiting the store because when I call no information is given to me.Desired Settlement: Refund in cash or replacement of the table I originally ordered (36x36). I am still waiting for my 36x36 table and the 42x42 table is still sitting in my kitchen. I want the money back ($300) or the table I ordered as soon as possible. Please help me settle this situation.

Review: This company is not answering my phone properly. We agreed to buy 6 things out of which we picked up one and 5 items are remaining. They said one of the item,sectional sofa will take two months to come so if you want to pick up something else. we went and tried to pick up something else . now they want more money . they are not deliviring any other stuff. I am calling and they are giving one excuse or other but not coming on phone. I also told them to give refund of my deposit. please help me.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money completely.

Review: I bought a wardrobe from the co it was poorly made it was not the wordrobe that I picked out, the floor sample one...so they picked it up and sent me another poorly made wordrobe,one of the mirrors fell off and broke, the mgr said he would replace it, but I had to pay to bring it back to the store, so I said I would keep it, because I did not have any money to pay to return it...it had double mirrors on both sides, than the mirror fell off on the other side and broke, I went to the store on today and told the mgr, he said that I had to pay for the mirrors to be replaced... they were not mounted on like the floor model was, they were stuck on with tape, plus that was not the same item that I originally picked out...the one that I picked out was bigger and made better I advised the mgr of this fact, the price was $201.00...I would like my money back, so that I can get a better wordrobe somewhere else...Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money $201.00 refunded please...because the mgr was unreasonable...

Review: I bought a couch on November 11th and it was not delivered (they said they had wrong number on file and they were very nasty when I told them I wanted to cancel the order) They want to charge me with the couch anyway, we have been back and forward with this and I don't see any solution so I'm reaching to you because I've tried everything already. Now I'm being charged with almost $600,00 for something I don't have.Desired Settlement: I want them to give me a full refund of $585,00.
