Passion Planner Reviews (178)

Review: Order was confirmed and money was taken on 12.15.14.

A USPS tracking number was provided on 12.20.14. When you track the number on the USPS website it says this is pre-shipment information.

When you go on the website it gives you different reasons for the delays. First delay information was that it was due to ship second week in January. Now information says it's due to ship end of February. The only way to contact is by email and are told to be patient that they get 3,000 emails a day.

I don't care how many emails they get, if they can't handle their business they need to hire more people or shut down.Desired Settlement: Apology, billing adjustment and passion planner overnighted to me

Review: Ordered from them in November was charged in November, have not received the product I have attempt to e-mail and facebook message 4 times and have not received and answer. Their website claims they had some set backs but product would be delivered by 2nd week in January at the latestI have heard nothing, there is no phone number.Desired Settlement: Ideally I just wanted the product delivered as promised

Review: Hello, I purchased two planners/diaries from Passion Planner on 17 November 2014 and still haven't received them. This is a startup company that also raised money from [redacted]. I purchased my planners directly from Passion Planner through their website. I received an acknowledgement of my order on 17 Nov, and a notice that a shipping label had been created on 29 Dec 2014. Since then I haven't heard anything. Passion planner has posted various updates on its Instagram account, with confusing and seemingly incorrect information on the status of all orders placed. Passion Planner stated via social media that they would post daily updates on their Instagram account, but they only do this every three days or so, and the updates directly contadict each other. I understand that they were inundated with orders during November, but they seem to be relying on volunteers to fulfil orders and aren't supplying transparent updates. I've been monitoring the progress over social media, as that seems to be the only way they are communicating, and it looks like there are thousands of people who haven't received their orders. My order confirmation stated I would receive my planner the third week of January, but I haven't received them.Desired Settlement: I'd like the two planners I purchased delivered within the week.

Review: I order a Passion Planner from www.passionplanner.com on December 2, 2015 and was promised a ship date of the first week in January. A USPS tracking number was created on December 31, 2014 with an expected delivery date of January 3, 2015. It is now February 9, 2015 and I have sent four refund request for money back from Passion Planner. The company's CEO and or staff fail to answer email concerns or ship product. I am unable to dispute with credit card company as it is past the 60 day window frame. I have purchased another product and would like my refund back in a timely manner. As Passion Planner charged my card at the point of sales on December 2, 2014 at 5:56PM PST. My order #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would prefer to be refunded for my purchase immediately so that I can move on from this company. I would also like a emailed or phone call response as to when this will be taken care of.

Review: I ordered 4 planners from this company on November 19, 2014. Today is February 12, 2015 and I have not received them. I have emailed multiple times - not receiving a response - and have also requested to cancel my order and have my money be refunded. I received no response to that request as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded in full.

Review: I ordered my passion planner on December 16 and have yet to receive it. The email I received immediately after purchasing the product stated that it would arrive in February. It has not arrived yet. I have sent two emails and have yet to hear a reply.Desired Settlement: Please send product immediately!

Review: I ordered this planner on December 5th, with the promise that it would be received by January (because obviously you'd like a calendar at least toward the beginning of a year!!!!). It is now February 3rd, and still no planner. I received a tracking number and they have not even shipped the product yet. This is a corrupt company who is making a million dollars (literally) off of its customers. I don't expect to ever receive this planner. The company does not respond to emails or private [redacted] messages, nor do they have a phone number listed. The owner is obviously understaffed and needs to fulfill their promises on shipping dates, or refund partial/all of the money I (and every other one of her customers) for the time we won't be able to use for the first month. You cannot promise a deadline and a second deadline due to complications with shipping (??? all of my other packages over the last 2 months have arrived on time/ahead of time from other companies) and not fulfill it. You may have scammed people and made a million dollars this time, but you will be out of business next year due to your poor business plan, practices, and promises. Unethical!!!!Desired Settlement: 1) The company needs to apologize legitimately to their customers. Not these bologna [redacted] and [redacted] updates, which are never consistent with each other! I shouldn't have to check every form of social media to find out where my product is!

- By mass email so that EVERY ONE of your customers receives it, not just the ones who check social media.

- By phone call because that's what an ethical business owner would do.

- AND by social media, because now that we are used to checking your [redacted] every other day to find out where our product is, you might as well post it there too.

2) The company needs to refund at least for the month its customers have missed by not having these planners on time. Ideally they should get a full refund for their inconvenience and stress.

3) The company needs to find a way, I don't care how, to get these planners out more quickly. According to their updates it took weeks just to ship 4 days worth of order. Ridiculous!!!

Review: I ordered from Passion Planner on December 12, 2014. I was told that it would arrive until mid-January/beginning February. Because I had to temporarily move, I emailed them mid-January to change my shipping address. And like everyone else that ordered from them, I patiently waited for my package.

Mid-February has passed, and from the end of January until now I have emailed Passion Planner to cancel my order and request for a refund. Even to the point where I was emailing every single day. I never received a reply.

I finally received an email today (not in response to my previous emails) stating that my package was being prepped to ship. And as I see, it's being shipped to the wrong address, after I notified them of my address change.

I emailed them my issue, and unfortunately they have no customer service line for immediate assistance.

I believe as a business, lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when shipping deadlines cannot be met.Desired Settlement: I expect them to grant me a full-refund and a letter apologizing of the inconvenience they have caused many customers.

Review: I ordered a planner 12/16/14 and had not received it or any updates after multiple attempts.. Finally received an email 2/11/15 that my order was canceled. I paid for a product, and I would like the product.Desired Settlement: I'm not sure why they decided to cancel my order. I don't want my order canceled. I want my planners that I paid for.

Review: I ordered two large Passion Planners on November 18, 2014, with the full understanding that I would not receive them until the beginning of January 2015. On December 28th, I received an e-mail, stating that the e-mail was NOT a shipping confirmation, but that a shipping label was being prepped for shipping. This e-mail also said, "In order to bypass the congestion in the West Coast ports because of the strikes, we decided to spend $178,565 of our own money to have our shipment airmailed to us so that we can get them to you by the end of January." Since Dec. 28th, I have heard absolutely NOTHING from the company. On Monday (Feb. 9th), I went to their Facebook page to see if I could find anything out and try to get some answers. I was appalled to read many negative comments from other customers who have yet to receive their planners--or finally received them--but in a defective condition. (Some customers have posted they received their planners in good condition--but not many.) I followed the suggestions of a few customers, and sent an e-mail via their website, informing them I have not received my planners and reminding them my order # and order date of Nov. 18th, 2014. I also e-mailed [redacted] at [redacted] and put "NOT YET RECEIVED" in the subject line (as instructed by another customer on the Facebook page) because this customer had read that they mistakenly shipped some planners to customers who had ordered later in Nov. and Dec.--instead of to those us who had ordered earlier in November. This company is in over its head!!!! They have extremely limited communication with their customers. They do not post updates frequently on their Facebook page like they promised to do. (The last update was on January 26th.) They have no phone number--at least not one that I can find--on their website, and no other way to contact them other than via e-mail (which they do not apparently respond to). I just want my answers--and my planners!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a response to the e-mails I have sent to their company. In addition, I would like to receive the planners that I ordered on November 18th. It should go without saying that I want them to be in EXCELLENT condition when I receive them--no pages missing, no pages torn, no mold spots, etc.

Ideally, I would also like some sort of discount for the month and a half--possibly two months that I have not been able to use my planner. It is almost mid-February, and I don't have my 2015 planner, yet!!!! This is ridiculous. Their customer service is despicable. I understand they are a start-up company, but to my knowledge, they are still taking new orders for the 2015 planner, when they haven't even delivered planners that were ordered in NOVEMBER! Something needs to be done with the company. It needs some negative media attention! Check out their Facebook page. So many very unhappy customers!!!

Review: On Nov 27th my boyfriend ordered a planner for me, and the website stated it would be shipped in the first two weeks of January. There were strikes at the ports in California and we were told that they would be behind on shipping. Fine, that was out of their control. The updates they are giving on their website and [redacted] are ambiguous and don't give a definitive date of when the products will be shipped. They keep saying they are working on the orders from the same few days, even though they promised that the items would be shipped by the end of January. In a personal email, a representative told me that my items would be to me "around midi February" yet in an auto-reply email I was told it would be within the next two weeks (which is the end of January). That is about a 2 week difference in delivery time. Since 1/16/15 there have been no new updates and I am frustrated with the lack of customer service and communication regarding shipping. I agreed to continue waiting for my planner because I do need it. However the FTC states that with online merchandise the company must follow certain rules regarding shipping and how the company MUST communicate with customers when there are delays, and she has not done that. Had I not reached out to them multiple times or looked on their [redacted], website, [redacted] and [redacted], I would not have known what was going on (and I still don't REALLY know). Action must be taken.Desired Settlement: I would like my boyfriend to receive a partial refund for the order, AND/OR a discount code to receive at least 30% off the product of my choice should I decide to order again next year once they hopefully have their business practices together.

Review: I order this product...and Planner...back in december...promised it by the end of January. Its now Feb 5th....and I havent heard a peep from them....I want my money back Now. This is a sham of a company if they cant deliver faster than 2 months.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and my planner I ordered. this unheard of...

They have refunded my money, and sent me my order anyways.

Purchased a 2015 Passion Planner on December 10th, 2014 on the website. Payment sent immediately upon ordering. Website stated orders placed in Nov/Dec would be sent in January. Received two follow-up emails that confirm shipping would be in January 2015.

It is 2/10/15 and I have yet to receive the product I paid for. No response to emails or inquiries on any media/platform. I have officially requested a refund as of today.

In the future, I may consider ordering again... but for a company selling planners, they have some pretty poor planning.

Review: I ordered one of these Passion Planners December 13th with promise of delivery by the end of January. I was sent an email stating they had informed USPS they would be shipping soon but have received no updates and no response to my email asking to cancel my order. It is nearly the end of February and I want to cancel this order since I have already had to purchase a different planner for this year. There is nobody answering emails, they are no longer updating their social media sites or website and many people are receiving defective product or like me are not receiving it at all! VERY unhappy!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel my order and have all of my money refunded for this planner.

Review: I purchased 2 planners (Order #47467) for $60.00 plus $11.20 for shipping for a total of $71.20, on December 13th 2014. The planners were stated to ship in January 2015. I have not received any email updates about the whereabouts of my order and no one from Passion Planner LLC has responded to my three in-site messages about canceling my order and issuing me a refund. When you contact Passion Planner, there is no email address just a in-site submission that does not send any confirmation that your message was sent. I know that I have messaged the company three times in the past month.Desired Settlement: I want the $71.20 refunded back to my bank account.

Review: I ordered a planner in November and was told that they were on back order until January. I was okay with this. Then there were further delays and they failed to keep me updated with when I would actually receive the product. It finally arrived February 9 and I contacted them 2/10 and again 2/13 to let them know that when it arrived it was missing the end of January, all of February, and the beginning of March. I asked for a refund as I don't want to have to wait any longer. I sent them another email today (2/28) but have yet to receive any response from them.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want a refund. It's been over 3 months since I initially ordered it and I know there are people still waiting to receive their planners at all. As I paid with my card I want that refunded. I will happily send the defective product back, provided they pay shipping.

Review: Ordered planner 11/14 with understanding from website information the planner would ship the 1st week in Jan. My CC was charged within 2 days. This is not legal per merchant account agreements. You cannot charge for a website product until that product is shipping out the door or packaged to be shipped within 2 days. This company had my money 2 1/2 months before ever shipping product.

I sent 2 emails the middle of Jan asking for shipping update. No answer. Sent 2 emails mid-Jan cancelling order and requesting refund, again complete silence from company. Phone calls to number on CC statement was dead end. I disputed charge through my CC company.

The end of Jan the planner arrived, damaged (it was clear the damage was done pre-packing and they sent it out anyway), planner was incomplete, with numerous printing and quality errors. Planner is very cheaply and poorly made, and clearly a substandard Chinese made "something". Planner is NOT worth the price charged. I would have never bought this cheap planner off of any shelf. Company is clearly making big bucks by selling such a poor quality product for $35.

A few days after planner arrived, I received an email from the company that said no refund would be given because the planner was shipped. The planner was shipped a full week after my last email asking for cancellation and refund, and 3 weeks after the first emails asking for cancellation and refund. This business is in direct violation of FTC law by not notifying customers of delayed shipping and getting approval from the customer. Passion Planner ignored multiple requests for cancellation and refund and shipped anyway.

Company clearly engaged in THEFT by ignoring my multiple requests for cancellation and refund and shipping product anyway.Desired Settlement: The public should be warned about the way this company does business. Not a reputable company. Not a quality product.

Review: Ordered this planner in December and I have not received it. Sent an email 2 weeks ago and they did not respond to the email.Desired Settlement: Delivery or Order and you should also send next years planner since it has over 2 months since it was ordered.
