We hired Patrick Moore to complete work on one of our rental propertiesWe are accustomed working with contractors and wanted to give Patrick an opportunityIt was the worst experience that we have ever had with a general contractorMrMoore did not complete any aspect of the construction he agreed to in accordance with our agreement
The painting was not complete
replacement of toilets and light fixtures that were provided by the owners were not complete
Electrical estimates were over a over market price
MrMoore attempted to do the carpentry work and he is not a carpenter
Finally he replace the locks to the house without the owners knowledge and later denied such actions
MrMoore is an absolute inexperienced contractor and no one that we could ever recommendWe have had a very negative experience with MrMoore and our experience with Pat has been the most negative we have ever experienceWe have re-sone more than houses in the last year
This client wanted Mr. Moore to falsify an insurance claim so they could get a free kitchen and he refused so they created this entire story. These clients lost in court. Pat Moore Contracting has a clear conscience.
