I am very truly sorry for Mr. P[redacted]'s father's illness however, I have been trying to contact him via emails and by phone to try to resolve this issue since August of 2015. In those 9 months Mr. P[redacted] was never able to contact me by phone or actually schedule a meeting with my husband and I in regards to our concerns. My in-laws have also tried to contact him several times in regards to the process of creating the albums that they had paid for shortly after the wedding. So Mr. P[redacted]'s claims that he has not been contacted by any parties involved is upsettingly false. The photos that were uploaded against our wishes were promised to myself and my husband separately by his assistant photographer the day of the wedding. There were also witnesses that heard her say so and they were equally shocked to see those photos appear online. While I am still very hurt by those photos being posted without our consent, I am more hurt by the way he handled the situation. My husband and I called and requested the photos removed, yes on a Sunday and we were so grateful to have them removed on a non-business day due to the fact that the website can be viewed 24/7. If there was a miscommunication on his assistant's part, I understand how mistakes can happen. What I don't understand is how the only response we got regarding this was a text message and a follow up email stating the same as the text. If Mr. P[redacted] read my complaint in its entirety he would have seen that I never requested an album for myself, only the ones already paid for by my in-laws. One of the albums, will never make it to the person who wished to have it because she died shortly after Thanksgiving from a brain tumor. My husband and I only wish to have the photographs we paid for and for our parents to have their albums. My other concern is, why after almost a year and having to contact Revdex.com are we going to receive our photographs? Mr. P[redacted] stated that he usually has his photographs to the couples in no less than 8 weeks! Mr. P[redacted] also didn't mention a refund in his response to my complaint, which my family and I feel is more than acceptable after such a long time. Our wedding day was beautiful and we feel that the issues regarding our missing photographs has gone on long enough. It has created endless stress, anxiety, and disappointment. We only wish to have this behind us and to have what services we were promised.

I apologize to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] for the delay in receiving their products. I have every intention of getting everything to them. My father has been in intensive care for quite some time and is on a critical day-to-day basis as I write this. As soon as my family emergency is over I will get...
