Review: I called the garage on 7-12-13 with the issue my car didnt start but on that morning it did,so I asked the secratary that if I can bring it in I think it has something to do with the ignition switch,so secratary tells me that [redacted] was on vacation but will be back on monday I told her thats fine cuz I plan on going camping and wont need it until the week,so I drive my car there spoke to secratary and told her if had to do a dignostic on it to check but im sure it is the ignition switch..so on monday 7-15-13 I called to see if anyone checked my car secratary said ill have some one call u ,,no one did 7-16-13 I called again same thing until 5:21pm [redacted] called me to let me know that he figured out what was wrong with my car and told me he will get back to me with the estament,,.I told him thats fine.so on 7-17-13 I get a call saying my car was ready for pick up so I said to secratary it is and how much is my car cuz noone called me to tell me so she saids 314.84 I said I will pick it up tommarrow ,so on 7-18-13 I call and asked for [redacted] and I explained it to him about how I wasnt called back on an estament..[redacted] said omg that was my fault thats a huge mistake wow thats a big mistake ok well I guess im going to have to pay for it or the garage with that he saids I have to talk to owner.so I get a call from owner explaing to me about the parts thats not what the problem was I kept telling him,,so with that I was upset because no one called me on an estament of how much anything would be. so went up there he comes out with the part I told him I didnt ask u anything about the part..with that I gave the secratary my card and took my car out of there and told the owner ill see u in court.Desired Settlement: I FEEL AS THOUGH THE OWNER DIDNT GET MY MESSAGE ON WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THAT WAS BAD BUISSNESS ON THERE PART IF LYNN KNEW IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE AND WAS WILLING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT THEN I FEEL AS THOUGH THAT THE OWNER SHOULD OF SAID I WILL DISCOUNT U ON SOMETHING BUT KEPT ON THE TALKING ABOUT THE PARTS..SOMEONE SHOULD OF CALLED ME ON AN ESTEMENT OF HOW MUCH ANYTHING WOULD BE REGUARDLESS TO THE FACT.
