Patel Brothers Indian Marketplace

I had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE at Patel Brothers, Cary NC. I purchased plantain chips along with my other grocery items. Plantain chips tasted stale. I called Patel Grocery store next day, male cashier said I can come back with the chips and receipt, they will refund my money for chips. To my surprise, when I went to the store, short Indian lady started YELLING at me, giving me excuses and other customers why chips is not stale. She created a scene, embarrassed me in front of other customers in store. After almost begging her I was able to receive exchange product for my returned chips. This did not stopped her in embarrassing me more, again she started yelling at me on the cashier register. She did not believed that I called the store before I came in, and was told by her husband that they would give my money back for plantain chips. I am NEVER going back to the PATEL BROTHERS. I am not recommending anybody to purchased grocery from Patel Brothers, Cary NC. I would prefer to leave without Indian food but not going to get insulted again.Product_Or_Service: Plantain chipsDesired SettlementI am in retail business all my life. I know how it feels if customer returns your product, but its part of the business. If you don't care for your customers, they won't do for you either. From one Patel to many Patel Brothers happened is just because of the demand, because of your customers. I request you to take care of your customer, and don't take them for granted.
