Review: I contacted inventorshelpline.com for help patenting a new product. I mailed a certified letter to myself with my idea enclosed. They said unopened it was proof the date of conception. They then asked for $780.00 for a patent search and a portfolio. I was then contacted informing me that the patent search was successful with no product similar as mine. I wAs then told it was in the 2nd largest in the world and extraordinary concept. I was then told to send them $9742.00 which was primarily patent attorney fees at $500/hr. Tradeshow representation would be done. I have received nor heard from them and am out over $10,000.00 for nothing. They are now out of business. Do I have any recourseDesired Settlement: I would like the US patent that I paid for or return my money.
