I found him and his crew to be professional in every way, the workmanship to be outstanding, and his prices to be very reasonable. Following the roofing job, I found out that Patino has work crews for various construction needs, and then requested that he estimate the work required to repair and paint the ceiling in my large living room affected by previous leakage. That estimate was most reasonable, the work done was excellent, and I now have a restored, water-tight home, thanks to him.","pos-8

I used Patino back in 2010 to replace the roof on my house and I was very satisfied so I decided to use him again to remodel my bathroom in April 2015. Unfortunatley, I am not too pleased this time. For one, my original quote had been increased twice. I payed him because that's who I am, but I honestly feel I was taken for a ride. While most of the work is acceptable, some of it is not. Flat paint was used for the bathroom molding where a semi gloss should have been used. Flat paint is not washable. I called him to come back to fix the shower faucet and had to remind him twice before he actually sent someone out. ","neg-3

We choose Patino Contracting because they advertised themselves as roof specialists. We have a deck that also is a flat roof over our garage. They replaced a section of it that was 4ft. by 4ft. It has leaked since the day they did it into the garage. They against my strong recommendation did not use a water barrier over the fix. They said cement board would do the job, Wrong. The grout has cracked so wide that you can get a finger nail in between each tile, allowing water get under all tiles. The grout used was to be black ( my choice ) and when it rains it turns white as the thin set under the tiles seeps through. A process called effervescence. After every rain this covers the floor. They tried to tell me it was residue from the house paint, not! We have siding and is not painted siding. I have contacted them so many times. They don't even answer the phone and you can't leave a message because the voice mail is always full. I would never recommend them for anything. Their work is sloppy at best. They guaranteed this job for 5 years. It's failed since day one. It's only been 2 years.

THE CREWS SHOWED UP ON TIME EACH DAY AND WORKED TO COMPLETE ANY ASPECT THAT WAS SUBJECT TO WEATHER, THERE WERE NO LANGUAGE PROBLEMS. THE WORK WAS COMPLETE AND PROFESSIONALLY DONE. A SPECIAL ARCH WAS CRAFTED TO REPLACE ONE THAT WAS ROTTED. MR . PATINO FOLLOWED UP TO CHECK EVERY THING WAS OK , TOOK CARE OF A VERY SMALL PUNCH LIST. Patino Contracting agreed to meet me at the property I wanted to hire them to fix at 10 AM on Monday. At 945 AM on Monday they sent me a text saying they needed to re-schedule to Tuesday at 10 AM. I accepted that and asked them to give me more notice if they needed to reschedule again. They NEVER SHOWED up at 10 AM on Tuesday and they did not answer my calls or texts. They are not trustworthy, they do not keep their word and should not be trusted.","neg-1
