Review: I purchased the following listed product from the company and I believe they falsely represent this product on their advertising. Below is a direct quote from their website on the product in regard to water."Rainwater in the tunnelThe double flap version has a high threshold barrier on both sides. Very little water will penetrate the outside flap but any that does will remain inside the tunnel until it dries."The problem is with the statement that "very little water will penetrate". After talking with the President of the company he admits that it is normal for water to pool in the rain tunnel with no method for evacuation other than evaporation.My experience with the product is that multiple inches of water normally pool in the tunnel when it rains and this will take many days to evaporate assuming favorable weather conditions.Desired Settlement: The advertisement should be updated to the below:"Rainwater in the tunnelThe double flap version has a high threshold barrier on both sides. However, it is normal for water to pool in the rain tunnel and if sustained rains continue it may overflow. It is important to ensure thorough calking inside the rain tunnel to prevent any pooled water from leaking into the interior wall"
