One of the worst organizations I have dealt with
Paid 50% of the 1500 dollars for fireplace logs in March. It has been over 3 months the logs are still not installed. Made repeated phone calls. Every time it is this week. Horrible service. Terrible leadership. Spoke with manager who promised he will get it done more than 1 month ago. It may be worth pursuing a class action lawsuit for deceptive business practices.

The customer purchased a floor model set from us on 9/7/and wanted to get the set under a certain priceAfter some negotiation we were able to come to an agreement for the set of furnitureAt no time during the sale did the customer indicate that he wanted to include the ottoman in the final priceWhen the sale was written up the sales associate went through the sale line by line to ensure that everything was written correctlyOur hand ticket does not include any evidence that an ottoman was to be included in the purchase of the setWe train all of our associates to go through the sales order with the customer prior to collecting money for this exact reason. When the customer called the store manager he was politely told that the ottoman was not included in the final saleHe actually offered the ottoman at half the sales price to try and make the customer happyUnfortunately it seems the customer was very irate and did not accept the offer.Again, the customer was informed of each and every item he was purchasingPrior to the furniture set the same customer purchased close to one thousand dollars worth of accessories (bowls, plates candles) the sales ticket for that purchase lists each and every item and is accurateWe have no reason to believe that an ottoman was to be included in the final purchase. We sincerely apologize that the customer did not receive the service they expected however as previously written we explicitly stated each and every item they purchased and offered to practically give away the additional item they wanted. Thanks, Patiocom

Review: When negotiating with patio.com the sales person had dropped the price - the price was dropped to the top of my price range and I accepted to buy it. When it was delivered there was no ottoman and the store rep Dillon who was condescending and rude stated that the ottoman was not on the order I would have to pay separately for it. The sales person had dropped the ottoman between price one and two and he says unbeknownst to him left off a ottoman. Adding this piece back in put it over the price I was willing to pay and they dropped it intentionally to get it under my stated price and fooled me into thinking every item was still on the list.

Then I said come pick it up my girlfriend really wanted the full set and im sorry I don't have any additional money, while a few hundred doesn't seem like much I just moved. He said sorry we only do store credit and chuckled. I should not only get store credit back when they intentionally deceived meDesired Settlement: Include the ottoman at no additional cost or pick it up and give me a full refund. I want what agreed to before they played the shell game.
