Review: I had two appointments for biannual check up/cleanings. I was told the first visit that it would be 100% covered, I came back for my second visit and I was asked for my insurance card to rebill the first visit. I was told it would be taken care of and I would not be stuck with a bill. I then had my second appointment and as I was leaving the receptionist told me they did not take my insurance. After two appointments I was told this, and I was not told prior. I was told 100% would be covered. Now I am being sent a bill monthly with late fee and they refuse to adjust the balance due to their error.Desired Settlement: I will not use the service here any more since I am now aware it is not covered at this location. I do not think I should be responsible for this bill when I was told otherwise. Billing adjustment to $0 is necessary.

The situation has been resolved. It was all due to a misunderstanding between myself and the office. By accepting this offer I have been told that the business will not be affected negatively.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
