Worst place to live in the winter . No hot water and if your lucky , the water gets hot it will not last more than 1 min . I have complained numerous of time with no help but yet rent is paid every month . This is the worst living situation

I am leaving this review because I think it is unfair because the same person is leaving 5 reviews and is mad but I have always had a good experience with patrician associates

I live in belleville at one of patrician associates property and they have always been very nice to me. whenever I call I can talk to someone or if no answer they always call me back. some people dont understand the owner decides what to do and the management has to do whatever the owner says!

They doing bad again, because they sold the house and they want me to move out in order to increase the rent for 3 to $400 more and lately I live under pressure by them, im under constantly stress and agony I been living in their houses for 11 years, I have 3 surgeries with a lot of health condition.

Im Jacqueline F, in the past I have few misunderstanding but now everything is ok, they treat me nice they fix everything in my apartment and im very happy with the service that I been recieve, thank you Patrician Asoociates. I a happy tenant.

A lot of garbage inside the garage and behind the house and there is a leak from the third fl laundry affecting my dinning room closet, other people do very bad things and the office did not do anything , but if I pay the rent late they took me to court and make my life miserable, is not a lie in ten years they never replace the carpet or clean the central air system, I try to speak to the owner many time and always is through the management and when I go to the management they said that I need to talk to the owner, they send me court papers for anything but other people do worse things and the office do nothing, and I CANT COMPLAINT OR SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT? I pay rent like everybody else and I maintain the apartment in good condition, its not fair to blame me for the review that I will continue writing until they heard my request. Where is Mr Badalamenti?

Why the office blame just my review, there many more bad review worse than mine, why they blame mine ? why why why???

Jacqueline India Figueroa — 2 starMrs Lori, please I need a carpet replacement its been ten years and the office never clean or is better said never replace the carpet, by lay the carpet need replace at least twice, I cleaned and shampooing but please its ten years there a lot of dust accumulated, my apartment also needs the central air to be clean inside the duct system is never been clean in ten years I change the filter every 3 months but from the vents there a lot of dust coming out and this situation is affecting my health, so please please replace the carpet and clean the central air system. If the city inspectors found out about this situation that is affecting my health, is going to be a problem because they may me force to move, so please I request those service so many times and I hope that this time the office pay attention to my request.

Review: I own a unit in [redacted] Condominiums in [redacted] NJ which is managed by Patrician Associates. Under the rules of our bylaws, the building is supposed to be smoke-free. Unfortunately, people continue to smoke in their units, especially the unit below mine. I get 2nd-hand smoke entering my unit daily and it has been an ongoing issue. Patrician Associates has not returned my repeated phone calls or e-mails despite my concerns for my health and the health of my young daughter.Desired Settlement: I would like Patrician Associates to earn the money I pay them and enforce the bylaws and get the people in the building to stop smoking. They seem to have no interest in getting people to follow the smoking rules here.

Review: for the past 2 years I have had a water problem in my kitchen. I contacted management and they keep telling me its not their problem that I have to deal with it. 2 years later the problem has not been resolved. I am the condo owner and this water is coming in from the outside, so it is not my problem, its the association's problem. I am currently getting this situation taken care of and it is costing me $1,500.00. I would like to see reimbursement for this from Patrician Associates. I have contacted them on several occasions and I get no email from anyone. Contacting Revdex.com is my last resort before I contact a lawyer. I am trying to be civil about this and get reimbursed from Patrician but I am getting no where with them.

There are other issues as well with management as to not cleaning and keeping the buildings the way they should. The buildings are very dirty and disgusting.Desired Settlement: I would like patrician associates to pay for the damages to my kitchen. I want to get reimbursed the $1,500.00 that I had to pay my insurance company to get this fixed. This problem is to be handled by management. It is a building situation, nothing that I did or any water coming from my unit.

Review: The front step leading to the main entrance of my townhouse needs to be repaired. According to the property management contract/coverage, repairing the step would fall under their responsibilities since it deals with the exterior of the townhouse. The front step hasn't been stable for quite some time now, and I fear that it's only a matter of time when someone will fall and injury themselves. I've been calling since May to get this step repaired, however, nothing has been done about. Each time I speak to someone, they tell me it will get fix the following week. Yet, it’s almost Aug, and no progress has been made to the point where I feel ignored now. This is unfair as I payment my monthly associate fees on time every month, and they should really be considerate and have issues that can cause an injury fixed in a timely matterDesired Settlement: Would like to have the front step fixed ASAP.
