This is in complaint to the following companies whom I innocently believed would be in my favor I am attaching letters and receipts in proof of my complaint Around this same time last year (2017), I wanted the air conditioner fixed in my Xterra (the commute is minutes each way every day and without air conditioner can become uncomfortable) so I decided to use a coupon I had received in the mail from Patriot Auto Services, stating that this shop would inspect and detect any problems with the air conditioner and replace the parts that were damaged I took the Xterra to Patriot Auto Services and three hours later I received a call from Patriot stating “we found the problem, the tint we use to find the problem showed the lower pressure hose of the compressor is damaged, the rest of the unit is excellent” At this time, I let the mechanic know I would use my credit card from Synchrony Bank (which I use only for auto repair, tires, etc...) and that I could not spend more than
