Patriot Bank

As a member of Patriot Bank you are allowed to use First TN ATM free of charge. Well this year I have been charged $1 every time I have used the atm I caught the mistake in April after I was off balance for $10 bucks and found that every time I had used an ATM by [redacted], my bank Patriot would charge me a ATM fee of $1 which was not supposed to happen. So I call the bank and ask them what's up in April and they told me that they are working on this issue. Well its August and they have not fixed the problem and now I can not get anyone to answer my emails ([redacted] Branch mgr) or credit my money back to the account. Not ONE person from the bank has ever 'officially' contacted me about the error. I know they know about it as they have acknowledged the error but if I had not contacted them my self then I would be out my money. I know its not alot but its the principle, its my money and I am not to be charged. No one will tell me when this issue will be fixed and it bothers me that the bank hasn't addressed this with their members. No telling how many other people are being charged this fee with out notice. Desired SettlementI would like to have the ATM fees charged in error refunded. $4 buck is all. [redacted], Branch manager. It appears that due to personnel changes in the branch there was a timing issue with getting the information to the correct people to assist you with the $4. Patriot has been working on the $1.00 interchange fee charge and will be notifying all customers in a statement message in September that due to circumstances beyond our control, we are no longer able to offer the use of a [redacted] free of charge to our customers. Until the time we notify our customers we will continue to work with our customers to refund the requested ATM fees as we have been doing since the issue came up. [redacted] changed this first of the year and did not notify Patriot Bank. The charges of $1.00 for withdrawals are charges from the company that provides the services for access to be able to use ATM's that aren't at Patriot Bank locations. We were able to provide that service free to our customers but due to the changes at [redacted], the free service is no longer available. Once the statement message is sent out to notify our customers we will not be refunding the charge if you use an ATM that is not a surcharge free [redacted] ATM.
