Review: I put 1258.00 down on a gun safe at patriot gun company and went to finish paying my bill to get my safe and the company website is gone and the phone is disconnected I read the closed the doors im sure im not the only person they did this to something needs to be done asapDesired Settlement: 1258.00

Review: Ordered a safe costing $2577.00. Paid for in full. I was advised that it would take some delay and that I would hear from the shipping company when my safe would be 7 days out. Today I decided to call them as I needed a timeline to complete some preparation work in order to receive the safe. Their number was disconnected. I researched another company they do business as, Merlo Safes.com. When I called them it answered with a machine saying patriot safes. I tried every extension. Each time I was forwarded to sales answering machine talking about a big promotion causing an overabundance of calls. I made contact with the shipping company who advised me that the company basically walked away. She has been receiving many calls from customers and she does not know what to tell them other than what has happened. She represents an outside company contracted by Patriot to deliver safes.Desired Settlement: I bought a Patriot safe based upon the history of the company, the high valued warranty and the specific features of their products. It appears that under the circumstances I can not get what was purchased. I desire to be reimbursed full purchase price without delay. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter.

Review: I purchased a safe from patriot safes (http://www.patriotsafe.com/) on 2/4/2015. It is now 4/28/2015. They are not returning calls from their sales or delivery section. This is cut and dry, they are avoiding me. Their Facebook page shows comments from other customers saying they are out of business. I have already paid them to deliver, and am making payments on the safe. I need help.Desired Settlement: I either want full reimbursement, cancel the loan for the safe, and/or deliver the safe I ordered.

Review: I purchased a 24 gun safe from Patriot Safe in 2011. The company sold the product with terms of a replacement product if there was ever a lock / bolt mechanism failure. I documented a claim with the company via their customer service department in February 2015. A local locksmith was sent to my home and was able to open the safe but had to do significant damage to the safe in order to open it due to a "locking bolt failure". Patriot's customer service department issued a notice that a replacement safe was going to be delivered to my home but the company has not delivered a new safe. As of April 28th 2015, messages regarding the status of the replacement safe have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the purchase price to be credited to my credit card or a replacement safe of the same model to be sent to my home.

Review: I purchased a 39 gun safe from Patriot and when it was delivered it had some minor damage and scratches. I filed a complaint on their website and was told to send some pictures. I sent the pictures and was told they would send some touch-up paint a biometric safe and an Eagle art magnet OR they would replace the safe at no charge. At the time this was happening we noticed that the safe had gone on sale for $546.25 cheaper than what we paid. I asked if they would price match like it says on their website and was told if they refund the difference then they would not send the bio-safe. I told them it is 2 separate issues because we would have gotten the damaged safe regardless of the sales price or the price we paid. They replied there is nothing we can do! So I asked for a replacement safe at the sales price and they replied the only option now is to return the safe for a full refund. I told them they win I will keep the damaged safe at the sales price. Now I received a bottle of touch-up a pistol rack and another damaged Eagle art magnet but no refund for the sales price. I emailed them again and said if they are not going to price match then I want the bio-safe and they replied he thought he sent that out and he will do that 1st thing Monday morning and that is the last we heard from them.Desired Settlement: We really would like the price match however if they do not price match like it says on their website then the biometric safe would be the next best thing I guess!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. However the safe was discounted but not the 5% that the website showed and then the discount went to 10%. I am not happy with Patriot but now I and all my friends who ask about my safe will know better next time! I am satisfied with the safe and the Revdex.com! I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I did not purchase and will not purchase from Patriot Safe. I contacted there website with some questions about there safes. I'm trying to decide on what size, brand, etc. to purchase. Response in email from rep was questioning me and did not answer mine. One thing I inquired about the locks they use and he asked me if I was a locksmith and never did answer. Also asked if everything was made in the U.S.A. as advertised? Never got a straight answer on that. What are they hiding. Rep proceeded to email names and addresses of businesses in my area I could go to and shop for a safe. I will admit my last response was a little immature. I was getting the run around and didn't like it. Rep emailed me to tell me what kind of a person I am. And the real kicker of all. The Rep blocked me from accessing there website.

Review: I put a down payment on a 39-gun safe of $1,000.00 with this company on Jan 16th, 2015, with the balance of with this paid on 13 April 2015 of $1,228.40...total of $2,228.40 price. It was suppose to be delivered in 3 weeks from last payment date. After trying to contact via email and phone, there is no longer a website, no phone service any longer to this Company, and now I'm out $2,228.40 with email receipts from this Company. I am a 23 year veteran and want justice done with this company and I want my money back or my safe delivered!Desired Settlement: I want a refund or direct replacement option!

Review: I purchased a safe from patriot safe company, I was assured the safe had a lifetime warranty and I was promised that any time there was any issue they would immediately send out a vault specialist to repair my safe at absolutely no charge. In less than a year my safe is having issues with the keypad so I call the warranty phone number on the warranty label on the inside of the safe and the number sent me to a telemarketer who assured me that I had the right number and then tried to sell /give me gift cards. After that the guy gives me another number to call and that was another "savings hotline". So I do a little research and find they went out of business and have opened up/own 3 similar companies named warrior safe company, [redacted] safe, and [redacted] safe company but when I asked about patriot they act as if have no idea what or who patriot safe company even is, but they all have the same owner [redacted] I believe by having a name like patriot safe company and safes named [redacted] or law-enforcement officer and other very "patriotic" themed product they are taking advantage of true American patriots. They know that offering this great warranty and claimed outstanding product and low cost shipping, they couldn't keep up. I also discover by reading another's research, they fount that patriot safe still owes there shipping company over 126k. This leads me to believe that there whole goal was to get as much $$ as possible and cash out and fold. Leaving good intending Americans who just wanted a quality American product and warranty holding the bag. I'm not sure if what they did was illegal but it sure isn't right. I am a disabled veteran, and ordered a safe back in January 2015. I was told 4 - 6 weeks delivery and I was required to pay for the safe and delivery upfront.

After several calls with the company over four months and lots of excuses, the owner has pulled the plug on Patriot Safes and is directing callers to his bankruptcy attorney. He left with my money.

Ironically, he is trying this scam again with Warrior Safes. Same webpage, same number, and likely no chance of ever receiving a safe.

I have now been working with the local police and the district attorney to expose this criminal enterprise.

Review: Purchased safe on 02/05/14. On 05/22/14 I sent notification that there's sub-surface rust on the door/finish. on 08/04/214 I was promised by [redacted] ([redacted]) they would ship me a brand new safe. After that I called to follow-up on the ship date and was offered $600 cash in lieu of replacement, I accepted that offer. On 9/10/14 I called to get a status update. Dan left me a voicemail stating he would get it mailed out the next day. I have to date received nothing.Desired Settlement: I want either the $600 cash or a new safe as promised. I paid thousands for this safe and expect it to be right.

Review: I have a warranty issue on a lifetime warranty product. Patriot Safe nor Merlo Safe will answer phone or email. Web site is gone. It appears they went out of business without warning. Some customers online have stated they have not received current orders.Desired Settlement: I want a repair or new safe as per their stated warranty policy.

Review: I paid two checks of $37 for replacement gun safe keys. The checks were cashed on March 3, 2015. However, no keys were ever shipped. The website has been taken offline, the customer service is impossible to get in touch with, and I have seen evidence that the company went out of business on their Facebook page, but gave no warning or notice that they would be unable to deliver on their products.Desired Settlement: Refunding of my two $37 checks in any form. If the company is no longer able to deliver the products they sell, then the money should be returned. Thanks!

Review: I purchased A protector 24 gun safe and the eagle eye asset surveillance system as optional equipment.To be delivered on 03/07/2014. the safe arrived but the camera system has not. After six attempts and fourteen days of trying to resolve this issue I am filing this complaint. I have received no customer service or refunds for the camera system , which was $298.00.I have called three times and have been told that they would work on it , have been put to a managers voice mail to no response.I have also sent email to patriot safe on there contact- us form on there website on Tuesday 03/ 18/2014.Today's date is 03/22/2014. Have received no response.I have contacted [redacted] Twice now. She says she'll open a ticket for me last Saturday 03/15/2014, and again on 03/22/2014. Most of my complaint was that your response time in contacting me was very poor.I understand that things take time to ship from California. but a phone call , text , email , do not. I called , emailed numerous times .No reply came . In fact I got a quicker response from this action. Which I would not have done if you had simple replied. I'm sorry .I did receive the camera the next day after my complaint to the Revdex.com. I tried to to cancel before they sent it . There response time was phenomenal , it is obviously to late. Unfortunately the camera system that you sent me is running an operating system CD for XP service pack 2 . I'm running seven,it won't work with this computer. If you have installation CD for seven ,that would be great. I will be calling [redacted] Saturday 03/29/2014. She'll set another slip up for me ,If she does'nt have the answer I'm looking for I'll call on Monday, or you could shoot me an email. [redacted] . Review: On March 5, 2015 after months of research I chose the Collector 39 with the Cosmetic Gloss Coating for an extra 299.00 and commercial delivery. The total was 2707.40 after taxes and commercial delivery credit. At that time [redacted] charged on my Capitol One card 1355.00 with the rest due upon shipment. It has been 8 weeks the phone numbers and web page have changed. I have left many voicemails on alternate numbers with no response. I still would like the safe and to pay the balance. Review: I ordered a gun safe from this company over a month ago. Since then I have tried 4 times to contact the company via e-mail. I attempted again today (4/17/2015) only to find out that the company has taken down their website and their email address is no longer valid. I have no way of contacting the company to find out the status of my order (Order number: PS-37205 Order Date: 3/6/2015). I paid the company a total of: $2,037.50 with the promise that I would be receiving a product (PROTECTOR2HLEO "Protector" 24 gun safe 2 hour fire 1880) and now have no product and no way of contacting the company to find out the status of my order or get my money back. I am active duty military and I am currently deployed outside of the U.S. on official government orders, making it even more difficult to resolve this issue myself.
