Patron Mexican Grill

Review: I placed an order for tequila, triple sec and lime juice. The waiter said you want a margarita. I specifically explained to him that I order a margarita by ingredients because I don't want margarita mix in my drink. I asked the waiter to please order my drink by those three ingredients. I got my drink and knew immediately that it had margarita mix in it when I saw the color of it. I tasted it and detected the taste of the mix. I told the waiter that I didn't want it. He removed the drink from my table and sent the manager to me. The manager [redacted] approached me saying that he was not going to take the drink off of my bill because it was what I ordered. I tried to explain to [redacted] that it is not what I ordered. [redacted] became irritated, pointed his finger at me and started yelling at me saying that he was not going to take the drink off my bill because I got what I'd ordered. I tried to explain to him that I've had this problem before and sent the drink back and it was made with what I asked to have in it. I told [redacted] that I could see by the color and taste that there was margarita mix in the drink. [redacted] insisted that there was not, and continued to make a spectacle of my family and me. He walked away and the waiter returned the drink to me. I was charged $10.00 for a drink that was not made with what I asked for, and the staff became rude about it in front of all the other customers. Then, this morning I called Patron Mexican Grill and asked the woman who answered the phone for their corporate number. She said they didn't have a corporate number. I then asked for the owner and how I could contact him or her. The woman asked why. I explained that I have an issue which was not resolved from my visit yesterday. The woman started speaking Spanish. I told her I didn't understand and asked her name. She told me it wasn't my business and that she was just a worker there and hung up the phone. I called again and no one answered.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if the staff at Patron would be more appreciative and accomodating to their customers. [redacted] needs to be inserviced on the importance of customer service and management. I would like a refund because I was dissatisfied with the drink,and for being humiliated by [redacted]. I do not wish to receive corporate coupons because I will not patronize their establishment again.
