Review: My name is [redacted],my wife [redacted] and I had our home at 2617 Hero Dr., Lifted by Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring in August of 2012. At that time we dealt with Mr. Jeremy P[redacted]. When work was completed on our house, somehow there was not enough earth placed beneath the house and this will and has caused problems, among them puddling. This information was shared with one of Patterson's site Supervisors by the name of Shawn. Mr. Shawn was not friendly or helpful with solutions for the problem. He stated that we would have to get someone to put earth underneath the house and that Patterson was not responsible for their own work. This is not what I call customer service. Mr. Shawn said that he would investigate my case further with the company and that he would get back in touch with us. That was in 2012. It is now 2016 and we have not heard from Mr. Shawn. News was circulating all thru 2013 and 2014 about The Patterson company having problems with the owners, and Jeremy P[redacted] was no longer with the company. If there was talk or discussion about our situation, it was lost when Jeremy left the company,no one tried to get in touch with us. Because of all the changes to the company, in 2014 our payments were now changed to a collection agency-D Micheal Dendy when Patterson could no longer handle the workload. In 2015, payments changed again to another collection agency-The Oakes Law Firm,all with little notice to us. This would not have been an issue if our original problems was being taken care of, they were not. In early 2016, I tried to reconnect with Patterson. The new Supervisor is Ms. Jennifer. We talked with Jennifer about the problems we were having and she said she would do her own investigation. The problem is, she sent Mr. Shawn again and his answer was the same as before, Patterson was not responsible for their own work. We are continuing to pay for a job that is not finished and we have not missed a payment.Desired Settlement: Finish the job that was in the contract, Place proper amount of earth underneath house and make sure structure is perfect. The job was beautiful, it just was never completly finished.

Review: Before I signed up with Jeremy Pa[redacted] and Ed M?? (###-###-####), I went to Patterson to discuss

the terms. He promised me it was ONLY for record purposes to have on on file, because he didn't need the money. So I signed the papers. Then months later I received the letter for payment. I then called and spoke with Mike and Ginger to tell them I couldn't afford the payment because of health issues, they both told me to send something that I could afford, and we agreed on that because the Mitigation people send them something. Since then the company has been under new management, and they were requesting payment thru DENDY Law Firm with a balance of $3300.OO ?? without any explanations. So I complied. Dendy DO NOT send any statement or notification of what I was owing. I since been notified by MS. M[redacted] about a payment which has elevated to $4400 plus. I've been calling Sean @###-###-####, and Connor D[redacted] @###-###-#### on many occasions to repair my stucco, way before I got the notification from Dendy Law, with success. Connor sent me a letter stating the structure was stable, but it wasn't screened correctly from the beginning went I spoke with another contractor. They want the money but they don't want to do anything to fix the problem. I will be able to talk to you about my concerns and name the the persons I spoke with during my frustrating moments with Patterson .Desired Settlement: I feel that I should NOT have to pay anything,and this situation should be closed because I was PROMISED,according to Jeremy, it was ONLY for his files.
