I do not think that a car even if it's a used car should have so many issues five minutes after getting out of your lot and having to come to your shop seven more times with all the problems I have already describe in my previous complaints ; if a dealer buys a car to resale the dealer should at least make the effort to repair all the issues (noticeables ) at least and be honest by repairing them before some trusting customer comes and believes everything "you swear "you are getting at buying this carI think the cars in your lot should not only pass the inspection We believe you are telling us the truth.Your offer just covers the tint which took two months to take care of, what about the other issues like the noise that now is making in the front right side of the car ,the noise you said it was because I'm driving with three snow tires?? I Asked you about other issues and you told me my warranty has expired four days ago?? And did nothing more for usFor that reason I'm dissatisfied with your offer and I believe you should take care of everything that until today we have to deal with on a 12000,dollars car

In response to Mr. [redacted] complaint.
Sullivan Auto Trading would not sell a vehicle knowing there was an existing
issue. Sometimes issues don’t arise until a customer leaves the dealership. We
have a reputation for resolving any issues customers may have even if it is
weeks after the sale. We...

offer the same curiously to Mr. [redacted]. Please give
us a call and let us know any existing issues you may have that have not
already been addressed. As far as the tint is concerned, we are happy to remove
it for you. We understand that we sell used vehicle and sometimes things happen
sooner than later. We would like the opportunity to address any issues at no
charge to the customer. Kind Regards,Sullivan Auto Trading

Review: August 8 2015 I bought a car [redacted]rom this company 10 mts driving into the highway the engine light went on and the car started pulling towards the right side, my mother called the dealer immediately to let them know the problem, they say they will take care of it because of work we couldn't go but until next week, had to leave car at their shop, they "took care" of the problem telling us that it was fix this was August 14 Outer tie rodR&R Bank 2 sensor 2R%R front brake pads and rotorsAlignmentAugust 20 called the shop again with the same issues about the engine light and the same pulling towards the right now they say to comeback "this things happen" when cars are sitting for a while in their lotR%R right catalytic converter and 02 sensoroxygen sensorrotate and balance 4 tiresAugust 26 no changes in the way car drives and again had to take to the shop , we believe that at this point this car should not have been out for sale with this many issues and having to come back again and again and not solving the problems, it has been 1 month and half to wait for my permanent tags to be issued now there's another problem I have to deal with because of them, now they tell me DMV will not issue the tags because it has illegal tinted glass, how can somebody that sells cars can not know all the rules and regulations and it had to take us to call to this dealer and ask to find out why the new tags had not arrived , inconvenience on top of inconvenience and money, our trips to this dealer has cost us gas, nightmares to this point that we feel we were taken by them and we are stuck with this car that has so many issues , on top of this we just find out that a noise coming from the front tire is due to the fact that there's three regular tires and ONE snow tire , how come they didn't" say anything or notice anything" the times the car has been there (seven times all together on top of the phone calls)in less than three months. Now they are telling us that the warranty has expired .Desired Settlement: Because of so many issues , we believe this car should not have been put out in their lot to be sold until all the paper work and everything else that was wrong with this car was fixed, they are selling faulty vehicles without disclaiming the issues as if it was sold at an Auction. This car was not sold "AS IS" it had a warranty. Please , help us we are not the only ones that are going thru this, we are the only ones speaking out for others as well.
