I called this morning about a blade replacement for my lawn moverThe owner answered and I was asking him about my options when he cut me off and told me to stop talking, we were maybe seconds in to the call and I had said very littleWhen I responded by saying his tone seemed unnecessarily rude, he simply hung up on me
I had a look at other reviews of this company and found several complaints from others saying he was rude and has terrible customer service skills***
I would recommend looking elsewhere, this guy doesn't deserve the business

I don't know if this solves the problem because it has not rained since then, so I cannot honestly say that water is no longer coming in. Review: This company tore down my old cement stoop and rebuilt a brick stoop. The work began approximately July *, 2015 and completed on or about July **, 2015. In September it rained and it was brought to my attention that the inside wall was wet. On September **, 2015 I texted pictures to the owner of the company showing where water was seeping in through the brick and I told him I was afraid of mold setting in and being a health hazard to my family. on 9/**/15 he sent sent a text that said he will take care of me on Sunday. He never showed up or called. On 9/**/2015 I text the owner telling him I looked for him to come on Sunday, no response. On 9/**/15 I sent another text asking that he resolve this issue. The work was supposedly guaranteed for 10 years. but I cannot get him to fix after 2 months. He sent a text back that same day saying how sorry he was and that he would be here on Saturday. Once again no show no call. I text him on 9/**/15, this time no answer . I contacted the son on 10/**/15, since he was the one who sold me on what a great job they would do. He never responded!! My final text to the owner was today, 10/*/18 after all the rain this weekend my wall is soaked in several places. I text him pictures he said he would be here tomorrow, I don't trust that!! I would hope that they would fix their shoddy work or give back some of my money so I can get someone who takes pride in their work to fix it. I have tried in good faith to resolve this matter. I willingly paid to have my electrical wires reconnected, (the company broke the connection when they tore down the old stoop), but now I wish to be reimbursed 100.00 the price I had to pay. I am at my wits end. I don't have money to throw away on bad work. Although I put no as a health issue it can potentially become a health problem once mold and mildew set in. There are young children living here. One child is in remission from cancer and has very bad allergies I would hate to find out mold is one of them.Desired Settlement: I think the business has a responsibility to waterproof the brick. If that can't be done I need some of my money reimbursed so that I can pay another company to rectify this problem. Winter is coming and I do not want to have more water damage and mold and mildew.
