Company has refunded money. Wasn't an easy smooth communication with business but stood my ground.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Chevy at the end of November to get ready for the snow. I told the rude salesman that helped me (MIKE) that I only want a truck that would be efficient in the snow. He persuaded me to purchase a 2013 Chevy Silverado, stating that it was the best vehicle to put a snow plow on. He assured me that he knew this because his family owns a snow plow business and he knew best. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and took it to get a plow put on and the company ended up telling me that the vehicle was modified and the plow would not fit safely. I returned to Chevy to speak to Mike and when I walked in, he was so unprofessional and rude that it made matters worse. He refused to listen to me, and just shouted out that I went to a place that does not know what they are doing and that I need to go to this place and he proceeded to write that name and number of this place he believes can get the job done. All this and he did not even lift his head up and make eye contact with me. As far as I am concerned, his actions were very unprofessional and he treated me like dirt. I'm not sure if that's how he is, or if its because I am a [redacted] businessman. I ended up calling the place he told me to call and they told me that the height of the vehicle was a problem and that I needed to put the vehicle back to spec. Now they have had the vehicle for about three weeks now and all they have been doing is placing blame. Finally, they decided to take it to their place and now the place is saying that the plow can go on without a problem. I met with the owner Tim, and he said for all the inconvenience, he would cut me a check for two months of car note. Today I call to let them know I will pick up the truck and the check and take the lost and they told me that Tim has decided that he no longer wants to give me a check for two months, rather one month. This entire thing has been a disaster. This company is truly not here for the customers. They treat you like dirt and all they do is give you the run around. I was supposed to make my money back on that storm that left us with 30 inches of snow (a lost of app. $20,000) due to the cancelation of the accounts I have. Instead, my vehicle was back and forth from shop to shop and Chevy is not compensating me in any way, instead all they want to do is blame someone other than their company. My main complaint with Chevy is that when I returned to the store, they were very unprofessional, rude and unaccommodating. It seemed as if we were interrupting them and my presents were unwelcomed. I will never do business with this company again. FYI, just a month of having the vehicle, the axel falls off. This vehicle also had a couple of things that I took it back for 3 days after purchase. I believe this vehicle was not really certified and ready to be sold, otherwise I would not have to return the vehicle two times in a month for service.Desired Settlement: Please refund me and take your vehicle and lets leave this behind us Thank you

Review: I walked in their showroom to buy the Chevy Trax on 11-*-14. They told me that I could put $500 down so I would be able to purchase the car when it comes out in 2-*-15. My current lease with my [redacted] was ending mid December and I explained that to the sales rep and he told me that I sould contact [redacted] to extend lease and I asked him if they can't extent my lease and I need to cancel the Trax he said that's no problem at all. A week later [redacted] refused to extend my lease and I could not wait to February because I couldn't go two months without a car so I explained the situation to the [redacted] and he said no problem he would cancel order and reimburse my credit as long as I fax my yellow copy receipt. After 3 weeks of calling the [redacted] and waiting he then told me today I wouldn't get my $500 reimbursement until the car Chevy Trax comes out next year 2-*-15. This is unfair business practice I would not buy any more cars there and don't recommend any one going there.Desired Settlement: I want my $500 reimbursed back on my credit card I can't wait until 2-*-15 and go months without a car to please their dealership.

Review: When I first contacted Paul Conte Chevrolet about my vehicle not being able to go in reverse, they told me I had to set up an appointment that was 1 month away and my vehicle probably would not have been seen at least for 2 months. Due to Chevrolet recall, that is understandable. But Also being this is the 2nd transmission problem I had with this car in less than a year, I felt my case should have been a top priority. After I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, I was contacted by [redacted] from General Motors Complaint Department on July **, 2014, he left me a voice mail message to call him back. I called back on August * and he issued me a complaint number #[redacted] and promised to do what he could to get this matter resolved and also he would call me back by Friday the latest which was August *, 2014 which he never did. To my surprise I received a call from Paul Conte Service Dept. on August * at 4:45 pm that my vehicle work was completed and it was ready to be picked up. At this point, I thought that [redacted] had resolved this problem for a job that was supposedly going to take a month or 2 was now done in 2 weeks. As I carefully read over the work papers, the date in was July ** and the date of completion was July **. My car was held for an extra week although the paperwork clearly states that work was completed a week earlier. I rented a car for 13 days that my car was in the Paul Conte Service Dept. even though the paperwork states otherwise.Desired Settlement: I understand that the maximum reimbursement for a car rental is $50 per day in this case where my car was in their shop for 13 days, not 7 as the paper states, In July ** and out August *. I need this paperwork corrected for when I file my claim with Zurich which covers car rentals, who they also claim they don't know about even though I have a Vehicle Service Contract issued by Paul Conte Chevrolet.
