Review: After five months, Mr. Gillespie has not produced accepted engineer plans for my home remodel. Tuolumne County, Building and Safety has twice found his work lacking and has requested revisions. Mr. Gillespie has been unresponsive to repeated requests for the revisions from the architect, homeowner, and contractor.Desired Settlement: After months of inactivity by Mr. Gillespie, the contractor and I cannot afford to wait any longer for Mr. Gillespie to produce approveable plans.
I would like the $2,510 paid to him returned to me so another engineer can be retained.
