Paul J. Alton, O.D. Inc.

On February 3, 2014 Dr. Paul Alton's office called my home and spoke to my daughter to confirm an appt for my son and I for the next day, this receptionist or whomever she was, was very disrespectful to my child! and hanging up on her, when my daughter called her back she hung up the phone if there wasnt an issue why hang up? And I then was informed of what had happened so I called and asked to speak to the manager or who was over the the person who calls to confirm appt. it was Dr. Alton he said are you the lady that called earlier about the phone call I said yes im the one and I wanted to let you be aware that the situation was very uncalled for and very unprofessional he then stated I dont know what to tell you we make calls to people everyday to confirm appts and people have aditude problems. Ok and what does that have to do with my situation is my question. He then told me in a very nasty manner I dont know what more you want me to do. I continued to express my concerns for this womans/girl problem he then stated well if you dont like it you more then welcomed to go somewhere else I then said I sure will! then he hung up on me I called back the rude lady/girl answers then I told her to let the Dr. know I will be filing a complaint with Revdex.com she hung up on me (slamed the phone) , my question again what is all this stemming from all of this bittness these folks have and running a business you want customers to support your business and you run it in this manner with rude workers including the Dr.! I then left a message explaining that I would be filing a complaint and that I have the Proof of the worker calling my home more then the one time pushing the keypad buttons then hanging up and I said who does that but a 10 year old kid! I never have ever encounted such ignorance and rudness from a business in my life time.! I now understand why I never see many cars there using their services.
