Review: After years of being club member some of the staff became derogatory and verbose when picking up the wine and during the events. I cancelled my membership last summer but my credit card was continually charged every quarter even thought they told me over the phone they would handle this they failed to do so. The credit charges were only reversed after multiple calls some of which were very unpleasant. One employee put the phone down after laughing when I stated how frustrated that I was( this was a manager). This has been very time consuming and the credit card company will not reverse the charges except after a lengthy period of dispute process. The most recent charge was brought to their attention 5/28 and I was told I would get a call back in 2 days. I called back and was told they would take care of this but again I was told they could not find my card number in the files but yet I have to pay then dispute and then wait every quarter. I would like someone to help me permanently remove my information from their computers and need someone to hold them accountable. I have even cancelled that card and had the bank issue a new one and they were still able to abuse the trust I put in them to do the right thing and they continually fail. The bank stated that only the vendor can make this change. What option have they left me other than the Revdex.com? The media? Call 3? Please help! I have exhausted all of my other options and I do not want to take these other actions.Desired Settlement: I would like my account credited $48 and for the requirement that they disclose to future customers that this can happen. Had I known this I would never have trusted them with my credit card if I knew they would abuse our agreement. I would like an apology posted for how and why this happened. Have others had this experience or was I targeted?
