Review: On February 26, 2013 at around 1:25 p.m., I ordered lunch at PAUL Bakery-Cafe in [redacted]. I believe that [redacted], a [redacted] female sales associate, was my server. She had a looped nose ring and braids. Along with my coworkers, I placed my (separate) order of a $8.25 frankfurter sandwich and asked for it to be heated. I waited patiently at a nearby table after my two coworkers had received their orders. After about 10 minutes, I followed up with another [redacted] female sales associate about the status of my sandwich. She told me, icily, that the other associate had gone to the back to heat it up. I continued to wait. [redacted] came out with my sandwich at around 1:45 p.m. and asked me if I wanted it to be heated up. She told her colleague "I was WONDERIN' why she was EYEBALLING me like that" in a loud, nasty and extremely unprofessional manner. She and her colleague made sure that I heard her, laughed snidely and continued to ring my order up. She chuckled and continued to make rude statements. I paid for my order and left the bakery. I can't stand unprofessionalism, especially when I'm spending money. I wasn't unjust in my actions and questions...and I did not deserve those snide comments and behavior with my sandwich.Desired Settlement: Formal reprimand to the involved bakery associates
