Customers that was wanting to sell their vehicle, once again stating this was a private partY sale.As you can see by the customers date line they had no issues for 5 days. They thouroughly examined the vehicle prior to purchase. Upon their Inspection they discovered the drivers window inop, so we replaced the window regulator for them.I Even with this all said Paul's Arizona Auto Service had no interest in this vehicle sale, This was a PRIVATE PARTY sale where there is no warranty.

That is incorrect. He never once told me or my uncle that he was making this sale for another seller. In fact he told my uncle and I before we left the lot that, "that if we had any problems to bring it back and he would fix it. Now I find it reasonable to assume that had he done all the correct inspection before putting the car up for sale he would have found the cause of the problem to the car and had it fixed. 4 days is not long enough to be an issue I created. He has sold us this car under false pretenses.
