It is very convincing with darling pictures of puppies they have for sale and very detailed descriptions of the birthing process, health issues with shih Tzu puppies, testimonials by previous "customers", etc. You wire money to them for a puppy, which they will ship by pet courier. Twenty minutes before the puppy is to be put on the plane, they send you an email and phone call that you need to wire three times more money for "life insurance" before they can ship the puppy. There is no kennel, there are no puppies (only pictures), and no "Paul". This is fraud and an internet scam! Please let the public know.
