I am rejecting this response because: We stand by our position on this purchaseI have no idea where that sign that they keeping showing is located because on all of my trips to this business I never saw this sign before.l Also, I was never offered a refund for my first order, If I had been offered one I would of taken it, These wheels are all useless to me they are just sitting in my garage because they do not fit my vehicle

1. At no time Mr*** offer me a refund on the first two wheels I purchased. If he had I would of returned the
wheels and taken the refund 2. As for my second order of four wheels, yes I did bring them a sample wheel and Mr***'s employee, Doug, took the measurements for the wheels and he GUARANTEED me that they would fit. When the wheels arrived I picked them up and when I tried to install them, they did not fit as promised. I contacted Paulsen Motorsports and advised them that the wheels did not fit after Doug GUARANTEED me that they would. He spoke to *** ***, who by the way was not present during ANY of my dealing with his company and I was told that they would not refund my money because it was a custom order. The sign Mr*** attached to his response "No returns on custom orders" was not anywhere to be seen when I was at this place of business. None of his documents, my receipts, or anywhere else does it state that. I just want to return all the wheels and get my money back. The wheels are useless to me as they did not fit my vehicle as guaranteed by *** at Paulsen Motorsports Please see attached documents and you will see that nowhere on the paperwork does it say that orders are not returnable or that all sales are final, I also have a notarized letter from the person that was with me at the time I ordered the wheels Thank you, *** ***

We apologize to the customer for waitingWe have the customers centers, but are currently waiting on the outersThe reason the outer part of the customers wheels are taking awhile is due to our manufacture moving the business from California to South CarolinaThe company moving it's manufacture
not only screwed my business, it has also affected many wheel businesses in California and some other statesAs far as a refund goes I am unaware of anyone telling the customer thatPer our warranty, there are no refunds on custom ordersI have already paid for the customers parts, and am now waiting on the manufacture to get them to usOnce again we apologize for any inconvenience to the customer

I am rejecting this response because: I've had not contact with the business nor, have they attempted contacted me since I filed this compliant. I have not seen the refund of my money in any way, either by check or deposit back into my account

Business states that the refund has been sent to the customer.

The refund has already been processes with our credit card company. They told us that it takes 7-10 business days to process and for the customer to look for it on their next billing cycle.

I

Since this complaint has been filed, customer has received their wheels. We apologized to the customer for the delay and misunderstanding. The reason this order had taken so long was do to us being at the mercy of the machine shop, which we don't do in house.

Business stands by their position. We have received Mr. [redacted]’s response to our dispute against him and listed below is our response to his statement. 1. Mr. [redacted] did place an order with us on December 22, 2014 for two (2) 16” [redacted] Wheels with baby moon hubcaps. When Mr. [redacted] placed his order he gave specific orders on the size and backspace that was needed. Upon Mr. [redacted] receiving his order we received a call from him explaining that HE messed up on his measurements and that the wheels would not work. I had offered Mr. [redacted] a refund but he had refuse do that it being HIS mistake. 2. On February 26, 2015 Mr. [redacted] retuned with a temporary wheel that he stated fit his vehicle. My wheel builder [redacted] measured said wheel with Mr. [redacted] present, both agreed on the size and backspacing of the temporary wheel Mr. [redacted] had brought in with him. And order was placed with Mr. [redacted] for two (2) 15x8 [redacted] Wheels with 4 ¼” backspace and two (2) 17x7 [redacted] wheels with 3 ¼” backspace. Mr. [redacted] was advised that we could only provide him with a 3 7/8” backspace on the 17x7 wheels; he said that that was fine he’d make them work.3. Upon installing his wheels, Mr. [redacted] called us explaining that his two (2) 17” wheels would not fit. It was explained to Mr. [redacted] that do to these wheels being a custom build, it is non-refundable. Mr. [redacted] stated that his wife was on him about getting this situation handled and that he was going to contact his credit card company to handle it.4. This is Mr. [redacted]’s second set of front wheels purchased for this one vehicle. It is our feeling that Mr. [redacted] is unsure of what it is he really wants. We provided Mr. [redacted] with the exact product that he ordered (Twice). 5. Enclosed is a picture of the “All Custom Orders Non-Refundable” sign that Mr. [redacted] states he did not see.

Review: I went to Paulsen Motorsports to purchase 4 new rims for my truck. When I went their I took a sample wheel with me so they could get the correct measurements. Their employee measured the sample rim and GUARANTEED me that the rims would fit my truck. I ordered the wheels because I was GUARANTEED they would fit. When the rims arrived I picked them up and tried to install them on my truck and DID NOT FIT as I was guaranteed. When I contacted Paulsen Motorsports I was told that I got what I ordered and they would not let me return the rims or refund my money. No where on their sales invoices or in their shop does it state that they have a "NO RETURN, NO REFUND" policy. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they sided with Paulsen Motorsports because the owner [redacted] said I got what I ordered. I only ordered them because I was guaranteed that they would fit.Desired Settlement: I WANT TO RETURN THE RIMS THAT ARE STILL IN THE BOX, BRAND NEW AND GET MY MONEY BACK. I AM STUCK WITH 4 WHEELS THAT DO NOT FIT AND THEY ARE USELESS TO ME.

Review: This letter is in regards to a transaction with a business known as [redacted] Motor Sports. The owner is listed as a Mr. [redacted]. The business is located in French Camp, CA. with an address of [redacted]. The listed telephone number is [redacted].

On July 17, 2015 I made contact with this business to order a set of chrome wheels for my Jeep vehicle.

At this time measurements were taken by another employee and I paid $720.00 in cash. A copy of the work order is attached at this time I was notified that they would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks.

In about 4 weeks I called the shop to inquire about my order. The employee told me that parts were ordered and apparently delayed.

On August 227, 2015 I called and left a message to be called. There was no reply!

On September 3, 2015 I left another message to be called. This resulted in no response either.

Approximately 2 days later I received a call to come and pick up my order. I drove down to the business and picked up the 4 wheels and paid $90.00 cash for the remaining balance.

On September 11 the rims were found to be unusable due to being cut the wrong size.

On September 15, 2015 I returned the 4 wheels in order to make a correction. At this time I made an effort to contact the owner, Mr. [redacted]. I was informed that he was out to lunch. I left the business indicating I would call the shop the following day.

I delayed this call and on October 27, 2015 I called the business and asked to speak to Mr. [redacted]. I left my phone number and a request that I be called. There was no response!

On December 2, 2015 and talked with an employee who told me that Mr. [redacted] was not available.

It seems apparent that this business will not respond to my calls and perhaps the owner may not be aware of this transaction. I have paid $810.00 in cash for an item that I have not received. There have been a total lack of communications. I have attempted to determine the status of my order with good faith.Desired Settlement: I would like to request a refund of my cash payments in the amount of $810.00
