Review: On March 30, 2016, the Pave Right company came and dug out our existing driveway and lay a new paved driveway. Since then we have one corner of the drive that stays wet all the time, causing clay stains on the concrete just below the drive. We know that there is some problem. We have tried to contact the company through calls and emails, with no response. The contract that we have states that there is a two year guarantee. If the problem is not fixed the driveway will eventually break and crack. After paying $2,600, we expect them to fix this.Desired Settlement: We need the drive way dug out in that place and a thin layer of new asphalt to be layed over so there is no evidence of patching

Review: In December a young man representing Pave Right came to house several times soliciting business desiring to pave my driveway, he stated at the time of discussion that I would not have to pay anything down and would not have to make a payment for 6 months and that I also had to be completely satisfied. He wrote up the contract for 6 months and I stated that I wanted him to put on the contract that I did not have to pay for 6 months. He asked that I write out the statement and he would sign it, so on the contract I wrote "pay at convenience and satisfaction" and he signed it. The work was done while I was on vacation. When I returned at the end of December I received a visit from another gentleman with Pave Right demanding the money ($3200) immediately. I informed of what was transpired previously and showed him the contract. My friend was here with me during all communication and heard all that transpired. They wanted cash, I paid $1200 in a check under the company name. Told them to send me a bill and I would make payments. The driveway looks nice but when they sealed it they damaged some of my yard ornaments. He has since returned, has threatened me and I have told him not to come back on my property and told him once again to send me a bill. He has yet to do this. I am not happy and fear also of what these people may do.Desired Settlement: I would like others to be informed of their business practices and I would like no further contact by this company, unless it's in the form of a bill for their services.
