Pavemaster

Review: I signed a contract with PaveMaster, Inc. to provide driveway pavement repair work for approximately 600 square feet. I made payment in full upon completion of the work for $2200. Our signed contract states that PaveMaster, Inc. provides a 1-year warranty for the services performed. Within approximately 45 days after work completion, I noticed that part of the new pavement, approximately 12" x 10" area and roughly 4" deep sunken hole. I immediately contracted the owner, [redacted] who agreed to come by the house and begin repairs. After about a week, I did not hear back so I called **. [redacted] who again promised to come by our house, but failed to show up.

Subsequently, I made 5 additional calls, followed by a letter and dated June 23, 2013 immediate resolution. Again, **. [redacted] failed to respond in a timely manner, as requested in my letter. Furthermore, he ignore my request to contact me to discuss the reason for his not showing up and action to resolve this dispute. I believe PaveMaster, Inc. has demonstrated improper selling practices and reneged on our contract to make repairs per 1-year warranty.

I am requesting assistance from Revdex.com for resolution of this matter. It is clear that I have been misled by PaveMaster, Inc. that advertise and guarantee repairs within 1-year, as stated in the contract. In short, PaveMaster, Inc. has demonstrated non-delivery of services, as stated in our contract.

Their failure to make prompt correction further exacerbates the problem, possibly causing further damage and may result in personal injury for anyone walking in the area and unaware of the sudden drop.
