I originally asked for a quote to repave my driveway, last year Pavement Services were one of several companies I asked to advise me They were competitive and very helpful Sadly we had some illness in the family and could not complete the project last year I called them again and explained the situation They came out to the house again and said they would honor our original estimate from last year I also asked advice about a couple more small additions to the project These were handled with no problem at a reasonable cost We had to wait a few weeks until we could begin the work They were at our house for days, worked efficiently, respectfully and quickly By the second day the project was complete by lunchtime It looks fabulous The owner gave me great advice for caring for the surface in the future They cleaned up completely I would recommend this company to anyone

Received a quote for resealing and repairing a large crack in our driveway They cancelled twice when they finally did show up they didn't do any prep of the driveway and the large crack that was supposed to be cleaned out and repaired was coated overCalled to complain was told that they would send out a professional appraiser to take a look at the jobThat was over a month ago nowWe are extremely displeased the the product and because the driveway wasn't cleaned the way they said it would be the coating is now peeling offIt has been a month and a half since it was doneWould definitely NOT recommend

On November 7, Pavement Services LLC went out to * *** *** ** *** ** to make repairs to the sidewalk ** *** inspected the repairs and stated the work was satisfactory

Pavement Services was the only service that showed up when they said they would, and did basic business courtesies like returning phone calls! The representatives I met at the Orange Fair were professional and didn't talk downt to meThey estimated and followed up immediately, Carmen was great with the paperwork, and the came in a couple weeks later as promisedThe driveway turned out as good as we could have ever expectedThe crew worked in the cold and rain, and were very politeI highly recommend them for responsiveness and craftsmanship

Review: Pavement services repaired my stone walk and stairs in Nov. 2013. I called to complain about some stones that came loose after repairs were made. (9 months later). When I called to notify them, [redacted] came to verify my complaint. He said the problem was their responsibility, and they would schedule a repair. Three weeks later when I called to check when repairs woould be made I was told in two weeks (Mid to end of Sept .) When I did not receive a confirmation date and they failed to show to do the work I called again on Oct. 14 and was told they were in my town the following week and would repair it then. They have not called to schedule repairs and I am about to call them for the fourth time.Desired Settlement: Fix my Walk.

Review: In 2011 PAVEMENT SERVICES in a French drain in our back yard to stop the flooding, They put the drain in the front yard and the water drains on the siewalk, which is a violation of city ordinance 20-25 and I could be fined $90.00 a day. I recived a cease and desist order from the City of Milford. I called PAVEMENT SERVICES, and they said they would have somebody he in a day or so, after a few days I called again, they said the samething, after many calls, and they not showing up I had to call somebody else and they plugged the drain.I Think is is NO way to run a Co. I PAID THESE PEOPLE ON TIME WITH NO QUESTIONS.

James [redacted] Senior Estimator for Pavement Services LLC met with Mr. [redacted] and agreed to sod area over end of pipe as well as install seep holes in pipe to avoid running water to sidewalk. Mr. [redacted] was very acceptable to this procedure and Pavement Services LLC also offered a free seal coat service to his driveway at his convenience. We do feel that all of Mr. [redacted] concerns have been met by Pavement Services LLC. Should you need additional information please do not hesitate to contact us.
