While I did receive a product from Pavilion, it was the wrong product. Not only have they failed to respond to e-mail request to their customer service department, but they've also hung-up on my calls, after waiting on hold, for more than 10 minutes, before I could even talk with anyone. Stay away from this company!

I ordered goods from the [redacted] (Order [redacted]) online page that were supposed to be delivered by Pavilion Electronics and the goods were not delivered as promised although I had paid extra for a 3 day delivery. When I called the Pavilion Customer Service number published at the [redacted] web page, there is no answer. Now I realize that this business has a B- rating because the many complaints submitted against this company, but it should be a D- because their poor Customer Service response.

Review: The issue started on 12/*/2013 when I purchased the following item from [redacted] through third party seller, Pavilion Electronics: Blue Microphones Yeti USB Microphone - Special Edition Black ($94.99). It was a Christmas gift mailed directly to the recipient. It worked until February [redacted] when the recipient went through an extensive troubleshooting process with the manufacturer: "So unfortunately it sounds like you may have a defective mic. Those levels are pretty hot for those settings. Luckily, [redacted] is under contract with us to replace Blue mics through the entire duration of our two year warranty. If you get in contact with them at one of the numbers below, they should be able to get a replacement to you quickly. If they give you any trouble contact us and we’ll get you taken care of." This is where the problems began. First, [redacted] cannot get a replacement quickly because it is through a third party seller. Second, Pavilion Electronics made it extremely difficult (and slow) to even begin the initial return/replace process. I spoke to [redacted] on a brief, rude conversation and was told to send my defective microphone back to the following address: att Returns Pavilion Electronics, [redacted]. Despite shipping back and forth between the gift recipient, $60 later, I managed to verify via [redacted] delivery confirmation that it was delivered to the address stated above on April **, 2014. I then recycled the receipt. After back and forth with Pavilion, they promised to look in the warehouse but I received no response. After further pushing without resolution, I contacted [redacted] and they provided me with a one time only "favor refund" (totally independent of Pavilion). Of course, this did not provide me with a new microphone, nor addresses the time and shipping money wasted to resolve this issue with Pavilion. Nor did it send my friend a new, working, Christmas present (now $25 more expensive online). At this point, I contacted Pavilion again and received yet another unprofessional email with no contact information or signature. I don't even know who I communicated with. They claim that I was refunded. My resolution had nothing to do with Pavilion. I then asked for my defective microphone to be returned to me, or a refund from them, and a refund in shipping and have received no response.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a refund that addresses the massive cost of shipping I incurred, rude phone customer service, time wasted on resolving this issue personally, and the microphone that Pavilion received back from me without replacing it as verbally agreed upon over the phone.

Review: Digital Pavilion sells products through [redacted]'s website. [redacted] was advertising a product bundle; a Play Station 4 with a bonus 12month subscription to Play Station Plus. I clicked on the ad which sent me to the product information at [redacted]; I purchased the product. When the package came it did not come with the 12 month subscription of Play Station Plus; it did come with the correct PS4. I have called and emailed Digital Pavilion several times and they have failed to care or do anything about it.

I took a screen shot of the advertisement at [redacted] on the day I ordered the product bundle.Desired Settlement: I would like Digital Pavilion to give me what was advertised, a 12 month subscription to Play Station Plus. If they cannot then I would like a refund of the cost of a 12 month subscription to Play Station Plus, ($49.99).

Review: I purchases a 22" Seiko TV from this company on 1/**/15. Tried to set up returning it on 1/**/15, unopened. Below is this company's return policy...please note it reads "Digital Pavilion offer returns for items within 30 days of purchase.". When I called their customer service line, the girl, wouldn't disclose her name told me I had to pay for return postage & when I quoted their return policy, she tod me "they only pay return if it's the wrong item or is delivered damaged". I again stated their return policy & that it does NOT state that, she replied "hmmm, ok well I guess we'll have to change it". I would have NEVER ordered from this company if I had known this. I order thru the [redacted] site, but when I read they would take returnd within 30 days of purchase I felt comfortable ordering, not worrying about the cost or return shipping.

Please contact us before you retur...."Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the return shipping & refund my money totally. I would also like an apology for the way their so called customer representative that answered their phone spoke to me. I don't know even know if I am comfortable sending it back, as I feel the company will take forever or if ever to refund my money.

Review: Place an order with Amazon on 11-**-15, Order #[redacted]. Delivery was promised by Dec. [redacted]. by 8 PM, was not and still not been delivered.

Gave a [redacted] Tracking Number ([redacted]) that shows of this writing 11-*-15 the package has not been delivered to [redacted] as it stated by the company on 12-*-15.Desired Settlement: Company should send overnight delivery now as I need the item for an upcoming trip this week.

Review: I bought a Jack Lalanne Power Juicer on 02/**/15 and the motor stopped working.I spoke with Digital pavillion which is a third party market store and their Costumer Service and they told me their warranty only covers one month. Neither the direct source or the market place want to replace the motor which suddenly went out. I don't want to have to pay for the the unit and another replacement motor.Desired Settlement: I either want a replacement, repair or my money back.

Review: I purchased a Honeywell Wi-Fi Smart Thermostat RTH9580WF from Pavilion Electronics on Amazon.com on August [redacted], 2015. The unit worked properly until it started to try to run the furnace at which time it will continually restarts the thermostat. I contacted Pavilion about this and they stated that they only have a 30 day return policy and that I would have to talk to Honeywell which I did. Honeywell informed me that the unit has a 1 year warranty and that the seller should handle this meaning that they are the go between to get the unit fixed. I then contacted Pavilion again to tell them what Honeywell stated and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that they don't even have that item in stock anymore. It is towards the end of December now and I can't have a furnace that does not work nor can I just take the thermostat off and ship it to get fixed as there would be nothing to try attempting to run the furnace (it runs for about 1 minute before restarting).Desired Settlement: I would like for Pavilion to exchange my thermostat with one that works correctly; if they cannot replace the exact thermostat an or equal would be acceptable to me.

Review: I bought a D-Link DCS-932L camera from digital Pavilion online on 3/**/2015.

Even though I set up the motion-detection email notification, it never (from day 1) sends any email to alert me when there are motion in front of the camera.

I called D-Link Tech at ###-###-#### FREE on 4/*/2015 to get tech support (Case number [redacted]). After spending 1 hour and 44 minutes on the phone (to re-do the setup, to re-config and to upgrade the firmware), D-Link was not able to solve the problem and confirmed that the camera was defective and suggested me to return the camera to where I bought it.

I sent the camera back to Digital Pavilion and I only received the refund of the price of the camera. Even though it was Digital Pavilion's mistake of shipping a defective product to me, Digital Pavilion would not refund the shipping cost of $8 back to me.Desired Settlement: digital Pavilion should issue a refund check of $8 to me and send it to my mailing address (the address which they sent the camera to).
